The staff were great. really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good especially the English sausages and breakfast finished at 11.00 am!!

It needs renovating.

We had no air conditioning working, although we asked reception to sort this five times. The food in the restuarant was very poor, only tried it a couple of times but could not eat it, we had to eat out.

Food could be a lot better. The pool area needs to open before 10am, we had to sit out the front waiting for it to open.

Great pool area. Helpful staff. Great for the kids. Always something for them to do. Everything very clean. Lots of food choices for all tastes.

We got moved to the Hotel Magic Aqua Rock Gardens so this is based on that stay rather than Magic Villa. The hotel was very good plenty of variety at meal times, drinks all ideal and space around the pool.

Some dishes at the meals could have been warmer, but there was a microwave and we expect this with buffet style dining and it didnt detract from the food itself.

Hotel was shut. Found out the week before travel.

This hotel is not open 🤷. The company takes your booking and then moves you to the sister hotel further away from the beach up a big hill 🤨

Slippery tiled floors, very dated small rooms. Food rubbish, cold , meat was rubber. We were moved from our original booking to this hotel as apparently the hotel we had booked was closed , not sure why they let us book in the first place , it that felt like we had been moved into a old peoples home. 99% of guests were over 70. ( no offence to the Spanish oldies ) just not for anyone under 60

Our hotel was changed as ours had not opened so moved to an alternative. It stated an upgrade . Definitely wasn’t an upgrade . Not even a balcony it was in old town when the other was in new town . The food was average pool area was covered . I wouldn’t choose this hotel . It was a disappointing stay unfortunately .

Nice local staff very helpful. Next door to morgens bar which is from the program Benidorm.
