We truly enjoyed our stay. John was a great host and very responsive. We have been renting for 5+ years in KCB and this by far was the cleanest house we have rented. The property is beautiful and enjoyed the natural wildlife that made daily visits. The views from the front porch of the ocean and sunset were spectacular. Definitely would stay here again.

This lovely home had everything we could have ever wanted in a vacation home. A large open floor plan through the mail living area made sharing meals and laughter so effortless! We also enjoyed the screened porch and of course the pool and hot tub were an amazing bonus. We did a lot of fishing and snorkeling so the boat dock was a huge plus for us. We did have one day with rain and wind so the ping pong table was a welcome change to our activities. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Of course the master suite was nothing less than grand. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. It truly is a perfect spot! Thank you!!

Our entire family fell in love with this home during our stay! The house was so comfortable and made a fabulous home away from home - plus the location couldn't have been better! Everything we needed was provided, and then some! The pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by all of us, and there was so much to do within the neighborhood. John did a wonderful job of answering all of our questions in advance of the trip, and he was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any messages during our visit. We hope to visit again soon!

The house/property is beautiful! The pool/spa is amazing. Caught different species of fish & two sharks off the dock. Perfect area for walks/biking. John & Greg were both friendly & easy to work with. We will be returning next year!

We absolutely loved this house. We loved the location, and everything about it. The house was everything we could have hoped for and more. We brought our boat with us and was Perfect location in the back of the canal. It was easy to get out into the Atlantic to deep fish and out into the gulf for more inshore fishing. It had everything you could need and more. Owner was great and easy to deal with. The only problem we had was heating of the pool. We were there in Nov and wanted to swim at night and heater broke and had to be fixed. However we were there for 10 days and it was only problematic for a few days out of the time. Owner had it fixed in a timely manner and helped when needed. We still absolutely loved our stay. Even the housekeeping crew does a good job and house was nice and clean. Loved the beautiful neighborhood and everything key colony offered. Bike rides down to Sunset park or even walking was super close. Would love to stay at this beautiful house again. Oh and we loved the master bathroom, it's the perfect dream bathroom!!

The property was wonderful! We stayed two weeks so felt like we really got to know the space. John was a great host and very responsive. It felt like a resort in the backyard. The pictures don’t do it justice- plenty of space and the pool area also has a covered patio area with comfortable furniture for hanging out. Dock is good for about a 30-32’ boat. Master suite is huge and very nice. Big plus having a king bed in both the master and guest room. House was very clean. Kitchen is very well stocked. Driveway is a pull through semi-circle which is also where the boat trailer goes- a little tricky to back it in there but doable. We did a lot of fishing and the location on the canal was perfect- very nice to be so close to vaca cut. Ice maker in garage is smaller - perfect for drinks by the pool but not for large coolers/fishing daily. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was great! The pool was wonderful and refreshing in the evenings, it’s mostly shaded so the sun wasn’t beating/making the pool hot. The kids loved the ping pong table!

We had a great time while staying in this wonderful home. this home was perfect for the family and our boats. Have been coming for over 30 years, one the best places we have stayed in. this home had everything we need and more, would definitely stay again. We would have wish the weather would have been a little better. John the home own was easy to reach and got back to us very quickly if we had any questions.

Loved the house. Plenty of room for all Loved the pool. Lots of privacy and tropical feel Dock was great for our boat. Maybe next year ?? 🤞🏻

The house was perfect for our family of nine. We loved the pool and spa. John was very easy to work with and quickly responded to my questions. I would certainly stay at this home again.

The house was beautiful and well outfitted, and as 100% advertised! There was a problem with the pool and the owner tried hard to remedy it within a timely manner, and it took longer than he anticipated. I’m not sure what he could have done differently to get it up and running sooner however. The neighborhood beach did not allow swimming(this is a bummer for our kids who are swimmers), but it is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Overall, a great house !

What a beautiful place in a great neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns and the property and landscaping were perfect. Even had a boat lift which was a big plus. Just minutes away from great fishing. We hope to be back soon.

Everything about this experience was perfect. Cannot imagine a nicer home, a nicer location or a more responsive and kind property owner to communicate with. Five stars all around.

Great property. Very well stocked home. Kitchen was great , big driveway and garage. Don’t park In the street. Local police do not mess around. The police and owner were nice enough to inform us before they towed the vehicle. Quick ocean access , pool and hot tub were great

great property very open and clean. Loved the garage with ping pong table. The pool had an issue but the owner fixed it right away. Owner was very attentive. nice boat lift as well and location is perfect to get to the Gulf or the Atlantic.

Property is wonderful! Not only was the house beautiful but they've thought of everything regarding amenities. Plenty to do near by and great restaurants. Boat access was easy and our group of 9 was totally comfortable. John couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with.

We enjoyed our stay in Key Colony Beach. The home was very spacious and the pool and grounds were beautiful. The central location of the home made it easy for us to take a day trip the Key West and there were many activities such as snorkeling and Fishing available close by.

This was one of the best vacation rentals I've stayed in! The home was comfortable, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed and then some. With 6 adults and 3 children, we had plenty of space to eat, relax and enjoy ourselves. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty good quality of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. John was great at the time of booking and checked in with us at the beginning of our stay. The property manager was helpful and responded to 2 needs faster than I expected. The landscaping is beautiful all around. I'll probably never have a mango as good as the ones we picked from the tree! The pool was wonderful, you get some shade in the afternoon. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. At the end of our stay, we asked ourselves what did this rental not have that we would want in the future. We couldn't think of anything...a first time for that!

John was very accommodating and responsive! Beautiful property, great location! Very clean. No complaints! Added bonus was the mango tree!
