The owners were wonderful! They were available to help with any question or request we had. The property was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the beach, pools, hot tubs, game room, and surrounding area for activities and great food. Be sure to visit Parlor Donuts for a sweet breakfast treat, Schooners or Sharky's for beach front dining, and Coldwater Excursions and/or Gulf World for a couple great non-beach activities!

I recently stayed at this fantastic condo right on the beach in Panama City, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The condo was impeccably clean and had clearly been updated with modern amenities and stylish decor.
From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the living area was cozy and inviting.
Also, the location was perfect! Being right on the beach made our stay so convenient and enjoyable, The view from the balcony was amazing as we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.
The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay.
Overall, this condo provided the perfect beach getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, updated, and ideally located place to stay in Panama City. I highly recommend!

Stayed here for 4 days for a family event in town. This condo was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds, nice balcony furniture, kitchen was fully stocked leaving nothing to be desired! I’d stay here again and again! The owner was so responsive and clearly communicated throughout from renting to check in to check out! I HIGHLY recommend!

A floor lamp is needed in the sitting area/living room. It is impossible to read at night because there is no lighting in that area. And since so many of your clientele are retired, I’m sure they are not out partying at night🙃

Condo was clean and exactly as described. The communication with the host was very easy and efficient. The building has great amenities and the location is good. The indoor pools were warm; we did not use the outdoor pools because of the time of year but they looked nice. The showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water which isn't always the case with high rise condos.

This condo is amazing. It is right on the beach with an amazing view from the balcony. Heidi is wonderful and answered any and all questions I had. She is quick to respond and was available if we needed anything. The condo was very clean and had everything and then some for our stay. There are plenty of kitchen supplies if you want to cook. There are indoor and outdoor pools at the facility and lots of white sandy beach area. The restaurant/bar at the facility is wonderful and very convenient. The check in and check out processes were super easy. Wonderful condo and host. If you are looking for a place to stay for your vacation, I highly recommended this beautiful place.

We loved the condo! Location was perfect. Right on the beach and not in the busiest part of PCB. My only complaint would be the bed and living room furniture. They are not comfortable at all. But, everything else was perfect. The owner was so kind and easy to work with. It was great that the condo was fully stocked with all dishes, pots/pans, etc. Everything was clean, and smelled clean right when we walked in (a huge plus for my husband!) We would definitely go back!!

I had to coordinate with several friends for the trip. Doing so causes me to have to move the dates around. Heidi was very accommodating in getting our days scheduled. I received the arrival instructions a few days ahead of the trip followed by the day of the trip. Heidi was quick to respond with questions. Condo was just as described in the listing. There were only two callouts that were a disadvantage. First, due to the high density of the number of units in the complex, the elevators were slow or at time one side would be out of order. The second is the parking garage is a good ways away from the unit. Regardless, I would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo is clean, well stocked, comfortable, beautifully updated and decorated, and has an awesome view of PCB. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each day watching the sunrise/sunset, relaxing in the pools throughout the week and stepping out of the towers directly onto the soft, sandy beach. Majestic Towers are a well kept property.
Our host, Heidi, is very kind, responsive and has thought of everything that her guests would need and more! She provided linens, beach towels, beach chairs/toys/umbrellas, and a fully stocked kitchen too! This property is one of the best VRBO properties that we have stayed in. Highly recommend staying in Heidi’s condo!

Wonderful property! 1805 is a wonderful condo. Great Ocean view, bed was very comfortable, extra linens,blankets,pillows. Very well stocked kitchen. They even left me a bday gift. H2O pool bar/grill had great food and drinks as well. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Liked that they had all of the beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella, beach towels etc.
Hard to sit on the balcony because of so many people smoking weed on the other balconies near our condo. This of course was not the fault of the homeowner. Great location for the elevator.

Excellent condo on PCB! Clean, updated, comfortable. Wonderful access to the beach; multiple pools and athletic facilities. Parking is easy. Views from the condo of the water are fantastic! Welcoming, responsive, professional host. Would definitely recommend! We look forward to returning!

Owner was easy to work with, and everything went very smoothly, from arrival info, to check in, to check out procedures. She left us an anniversary gift also! So sweet! Amazing views, fully equipped kitchen, great jacuzzi tub. Electronic keypad makes everything so easy. Balcony chairs and table were perfect. Also included beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. She also includes badge for excercise room. You can't go wrong staying at the Majestic, they have wonderful amenities. Our time there was perfect thanks to Heidi, and we will be booking this unit again as soon as we plan our next trip down.

The condo is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and clean. The hosts have put lots of thought into making sure it has everything you would need (outlet extenders, blankets, beach toys, etc). Great place!

Had to cut visit short due to death in the family. Heidi couldn’t have been nicer to deal with. Unit is decorated so nicely and kitchen is fantastic. Balcony has plenty of room. Beach is beautiful. Can relax just looking at water, or enjoy places nearby like Pier Park or go to close by beach restaurants.

I’ve rented from a lot of people through Vrbo, and Heidi was by far, hands down the best host I have ever had! She went over and beyond to make sure our vacation was amazing. Bless her she even left us a Christmas present. She texted us and let us know where we could watch fireworks on New Year’s Eve, without us even asking her to. The unit was exactly as described, fully stocked. The bed was AMAZING!!! I will definitely be back next year.

First time staying in a rental condo for vacation. Reading all the reviews helped in making the decision to choose this Condo. The view from the living room and balcony is spectacular, we gotta watch dolphins Christmas morning. Well stocked kitchen if you plan to cook sometimes. Heidi responds to your queries pretty quickly. The mattresses are very comfortable, got a good sleep. Felt like home. If I plan another PCB vacation would definitely stay there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heidi’s condo. The communication with Heidi throughout our stay was fantastic and check in was seamless. The condo is exactly as described on VRBO. Heidi has the cutest beach themed decor throughout the condo and her balcony furniture was the most practical (high chairs) to be able to see the vast panoramic ocean view. We routinely saw rays, manatees, dolphins and large schools of fish from Heidi’s 18th floor condo balcony. The sunsets were incredible as well. We will definitely come back here in the future.

FIRST OF ALL, HEIDI WAS EXCELLENT AT COMMUNICATING WITH US. UPON WALKING IN THE CONDO IT WAS SO BRIGHT AND VERY CLEAN AND THE ONLINE PICTURES DID NOT DO IT JUSTICE. THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE MASTER BED WAS LIKE HEAVEN. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT, EVEN THE ELEVATORS WERE FAST.

This was our first time down to PCB and we greatly enjoyed it! The room was fabulous and the View was Amazing. A+ communication from the host and overall she was just wonderful. The location is also nice. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, Trust me…… If you book this room you will Love it!

My wife and I had a wonderful time it’s this wonderful home in Panama City. It was very comfortable very clean and perfect for what we wanted, we’ve been coming to Panama City for over 20 years this is by far our favorite so far!
