If you see our reservation details it’s for 2 rooms and 4 persons . But when we checked in at 9:30 om on 11 February we were informed only two person breakfast . I know I booked 2 persons per room ; we didn’t not bother. We were told there would be extra charge 300 baht , which is small money considering the room tariffs. When we came to the room there was no towels or toiletries which wasn’t an issue at the time. The room was dusty and we made a request to clean but this took more than several reminders and more that 48 hours. In our first day of breakfast the food at 9:45 am the buffet wasn’t being refilled . Also for your information, your egg station lady was also managing the noodle station. The lines for both coffee, eggs and noodles were long and unacceptable for a brand like Dusit ! All Food was finished but the breakfast manager made arrangements . My wife has photo of the empty hit servers ! Providing apologies with fruit plates is appreciated though it was too late to make us feel welcomed . The incident about a disposal coffee cup was the straw that broke the camels back ! I explained the coffee in our room is instant coffee and wanted to take my expresso which was already consumed half. As mentioned I have been a member of booking.com since 2011 . Since September 2023 , we have stayed in 17 hotels . This was the worst , I mean worst , experience . As a silent protest my son and I have decided not to have breakfast in your hotel instead got my double expresso from lobby cafe .

Modern hotel, clean large room, great bathroom.

No sun lounging facilities, poor outdoor seating facilities. Paid extra for garden terrace which was a 2 metre square patch of shrubbery with dirty seating facing a 6 metre high metal fence. Poor location, 3 km from resort centre and seperated from the beach by the six lane Bangkok highway.

Great location set back from a busy road. Room was very spacious and well designed with all amenities. Staff are very helpful and attentive and the food was excellent.

de bedden zijn fantastisch. Rustige fijne Airco (itt alle andere die we in de dagen ervoor hebben gehad) precies wat we nodig hadden en zochten om uit te rusten van hectische dagen rondreizen en voor bereiding op terugvlucht. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Een wel gewaardeerd luxe..

Ondanks niet ver van het strand, was de trigger er ook niet. Drukke 4 baans weg ertussen. Er is weinig te bestellen aan snacks overdag wanneer je weinig behoefte hebt om weg te gaan.

Schönes nicht zu großes Hotel. Es entspricht den bisherigen Bewertungen. Gute Lage wenn man nicht Fußkrank ist. Der Strand ist nicht so weit und man kann es gut verbinden um in einer shoppingmall in der nähe zum Essen oder Einkaufen zu gehen. Alles sauber und gepflegt, da noch recht neu.

Bezahlung Vorkasse über booking war unseriös. Hotel hat kreditkarte immer wieder abgelehnt und zahlungsabwicklung über booking chat angegeben. Geld ging dann irgendwo nach Hongkong. Beim Checkin wurde gleich mal ein Deposit auf die Kreditkarte gelegt, unverschämt obwohl bei Vorkasse das Zimmer schon bezahlt wurde.

Mooi, modern, lief personeel. Goed ontbijt. Vlak bij het strand.

Je kunt de drukke weg niet oversteken vlak voor het hotel, om naar het strand te gaan. Dan moet je best een stuk lopen naar het stoplicht.

Good location and reach standard of dusit

The pivacy of the terrace room is really intimate to the lobby and other room. We get upgrade to terrace room with no clue where exactly location of it. We found it on the first floor internal court that can see through the lobby and share space with some other. So anyone can walk pass your terrace

Friendly and very helpful staff, hotel room spacious, look new and with modern amenities. Definitely will stay again here in future

Schönes neues Hotel mit modernen und ruhigen Zimmern. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Schöner Infinity Pool. Zum Strand sind es ca. 700m. Gut machbar. Beim Check Inn war unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig und wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen.

Es war soweit alles prima. Jedoch als Tip waere es schön, wenn man den Käse beim Frühstück abdecken oder im Stück servieren könnte. Er war leider angetrocknet. Auch die Pancakes und French Toasts waren immer kalt.

Clean, well thought out rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast. Underground parking with direct access to rooms.

A bit far from night life. Rooms a bit smaller to my taste.

Parking, pet friendly but not comfortable for dog owner during breakfast , lift ventilation, smell from the drainage.

Very modern, clean and large room for the price. Staff was very helpful and spoke very good English. Location was close to many attractions such as shopping and city center only 1-2km away.
