The hotel is amazing, the building and the main areas are impecable. Staff is very friendly and efficient

A beautiful room with a stunning view. Paying extra to have a room with a balcony on the sea side is worth every penny. Loved it!! A rich history, classic hospitality, and a touch of glamour.

The carpet in the room was beyond acceptable. It should be either replaced or removed. It ruined otherwise exceptional experience.

hottest day; no airconditioning, ordered to close the windows ( because of upcoming storm/wind) i left, it became too hot

Modernised Hotel in a well renovated and maintained historic hotel building , but still carpets on the room floor : unhygienic ! No small cushion available as now usual

This hotel is a total gem. It is a five star luxury, beautiful, elegant hotel. The staff were amazing. Although the restaurant was closed on the night we stayed, we were able to order delicious amazing food from the bar. The gin martinis were superb. The room was absolutely perfect. It was like a room you would stay in for your honeymoon. Bathroom, shower, toiletries were gorgeous. Reception were lovely, especially Veronica. Parking was so easy and free. Santander is a lovely city on the coast and we had amazing views from our room. We only stayed one night sadly as we were catching the ferry home the next day. But would love to return one day and explore.
