This is my third time staying at this property. The property manager Michael is easy to reach with any questions and always helpful. The beds are comfortable and it has all the conveniences of home. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Dubuque! Location is convenient to everything and a beautiful neighborhood.

We traveled from NC to Iowa , our son had a baseball tournament. The house was in such a great neighborhood and was really close to grocery stores/ restaurants. The house was really clean & very spacious for our family of 5 .
There was couple of things that could improve, living room & the bathroom were always hot and seems to have hard time cooling off . The hallway had a sewage smell that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from . Overall it’s a very nice house / locations and we enjoyed our stay.

Our visit was easy and comfortable. Honestly, I was getting nervous about check in becase it was 1230 pm and we still hadnt received details to enter property. So, I contacted Michael and he promptly sent information for check in. In fairness, I was with my 90 year old Mom and she was sure we werent getting in....so, that made me nervous. Trust the process! We stayed for 2 weeks. So, a point of improvement would be to have availability to washer/dryer since we found ourselves at a laundromat 3 times. The neighbors were very nice! The park behind the house has a nice asphalt path that is approximately 1/2 a mile per lap. I used it for a nice power walk to get in my 5 miles! I love Dubuque! Thanks, Michael!

The property was great and as advertised. Difficulty checking in as host forgot to send door code and uncertainty checking out as instructions were minimal and incomplete with regards to linens and garbage. Since it literally poured rain while there it was nice to sit on a ridge looking out at it while keeping dry.

We really enjoyed this property. It was close to where our activities were for the weekend and was comfortable… we really looked forward to going “home” at the end of each long day out having fun. We will definitely rent this property again if we ever need to stay in the area.

This is a great property. Loved the large kitchen island and comfortable beds. It was nice to have a tv in every room. The view at the back of the property was great, but no deck off the slider to sit outside at this time. If you like lots of coffee there is only a small 1 cup at a time coffee maker, but it does fit kcups if you bring them and has a pod with tiny filters that allows you to add ground coffee to make a cup. Has most of your basic needs and it was a very comfortable, roomy, nicely decorated clean property.

The home is clean and completely updated. We were in the area for fall hiking so appreciated the close proximity to Mines of Spain. Equally close to downtown restaurants. Check in instructions were detailed and easy. Overall great experience!

This property is 6 minutes from everything you need and is on a very quite street. I was able to take walks at night and relax outside before heading to activities. Perfect house if you are visiting or dropping of student to UD. Highly recommend. Inside of house was nice and clean. Big bathroom and kitchen. Will be back.

The property is the perfect size and location. The view of the park behind the house was beautiful. The house was stocked with towels, bedding and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Very comfortable and Safe! Michael was a gracious host! Will definitely stay again on our next visit!

Lovely home. Not enough blankets. No kitchen towels/hotpads. Coffee maker not suitable for more than two people.
Beautiful kitchen island and gathering space.
Living room space needs more seating. The only couch is moderately comfortable.
Owner was very responsive to us. Check out is easy.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice private stay in Dubuque. The only downside is there is no laundry service onsite (please consider making this available!)

This was an older house that was renovated for guests. The place was generally clean, but the kitchen needed more attention. The child safety locks were kind of annoying, but other guests may appreciate them. The king bed was comfortable!

Weekend Getaway
The home was as described, was a good space for the 5 adults who came. The table was perfect for late night card games and enjoying our time. All in all our experience was very pleasant. Few comments The tub was high to step into to shower, a grip bar would have been good to assist with getting out, bathroom hand soap was water down and top wouldn’t, twist to stay on and kept spilling; no Kleenex. It also would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside.

Nice and Clean
I stayed here with some friends when visiting in Iowa. We got ready at this house for my friends wedding and was allowed to stay an additional hour after checkout with a small fee. Overall a very nice place!

clean, good location for a weekend getaway
Went here with a group of girl friends for a weekend before we started going back in office. place was clean, but there were only 3 rolls of toilet paper provided - plenty of towels were provided. kitchen was well equipped and the aircon throuhhout the house worked great. Good private place for a weekend stay. Would recommend for anyone who wants a place to call home for the weekend.

We felt safe, house is updated and clean, tons of stuff in the kitchen like spices and such, extra toiletries and things in the bathroom. Great stay and convenient location.

Girls getaway
This house came with everything we needed and more! Just wish that there was more than 1 bathroom since there were several girls trying to get ready but the double sink helped the situation.

Wonderful home in quiet conveniently located neighborhood
We had an excellent stay, the home has great amenities and excellent furnishings. Checkin was smooth, inside is immaculately clean with comfortable beds and great updates in bathroom, and wonderful kitchen. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice place in center of Dubuque
The property was in a nice and quiet residential area. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from all the major attractions in Dubuque.
The property was very clean, except the refrigerator. That had some old food in it and was very loud.
It has a nice layout and the bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable.
