Cute condo with beautiful view. It was a peaceful retreat for our vacation.

I was very surprised that the listing did not mention 3 flights of stairs and the laundry was also up a flight of stairs in another building. We both have hip and knee problems so staying at this property was difficult. I feel the stairs should be mentioned in listing. The Sandy Beach property management were great. And knee problems

The property was clean inside and out and very comfortable. I wasn’t sure how location would be, but it was extremely convenient to all of the beautiful beaches. The condo sits right on the bay where we saw dolphins in the morning. The pool was clean and quiet and my elementary age children enjoyed it very much. Overall, it was a perfect experience for our family.

I found this location by accident but it was a home run. Close to Ft Desoto beaches, easy to access. The property was in great shape. I had a late check-in, Friday Night, after business hours on a holiday weekend... I had a small issue accessing the room, the after-hours team responded immediately and had it resolved in a few minutes.

Everything was great! Location was perfect, close to the beach, marina and restaurants. We enjoyed our time there.

It was smooth and easy. The property was just as described. The view from the balcony was amazing and the location was perfect!

Nice location and amenities. Enjoyed our stay. Property manager did a nice job working through some issues we had. Would rent again.

Great spot with nice views of the water. Kids had fun at the pool. Only 2 minor complaints would be the off-site coin operated laundry and our tile floors could have used a good mopping. But other than that it was great. Will be back!

Property was perfect for me. I came to town to do a little fishing. This location was very convenient.

What a great location - Tierra Verde is a hidden gem w/ access to everything wonderful in this area! Fort Desoto & access to the local remote islands, St. Pete beach & Tampa (for the football game). We couldn’t be happier or have been more comfortable staying @ Holiday Island.

My bridesmaids and I stayed here for my bachelorette trip and had a wonderful time. Great property and location! We went kayaking right off Tierra Verde and enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend!

Just as described in listing, very clean and easy access to Ft DeSoto Park!

We had a great time at this property. The home was roomy and well supplied with the basics, including soap and beach towels. The view out the back was really pretty and the balcony was a nice spot to get fresh air and read. This area had a few restaurants close but was definitely in the quieter part of the st. Pete area. Fort desoto is just a few minutes away. Great beaches and easy parking there. The pool was a nice place to cool off or tan and was rarely very busy when we visited. We had a great experience there! I have rented several times now around St. Petes and the one thing I have come to appreciate most is the comfy bed when available. The beds are very comfortable! Quiet and relaxing area but close to amenities also.

The apartment was very clean and comfotable. The location was convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! It was comfortable, very clean and well appointed! The kitchen was equipped to cook full meals! Dishes, pots, pans and utensils good quality! The owners obviously put a lot of thought into the needs of their guest! Spacious balcony to enjoy beautiful view of the bay and mangroves! We do plan to rent this unit again in near future!

I was a little hesitant of renting this property because it didn't have a lot of reviews and appeared to be a new listing - But I am glad that I did!It was a perfect little 2BR 2Bath condo with a balcony that I spent a lot of time on! We really enjoyed our stay there and if we go back to that area, we would rent again. Very close to Fort DeSoto park, and we walked the beach, watched the dolphins from the 2 piers and checked out the history of the Fort. Island Grille was a great restaurant - the staff and food were both amazing. The pool on the property was clean and we spent a lot of time there too! We saw manatee from the balcony as well as many different species of birds.I would suggest that the owners stock the closet with beach supplies (chairs, towels, toys,etc.) and a set of binoculars would really compliment the balcony! The decor, the view and the location is terrific. Beds are comfy, TV & Internet are great.

Very nice condo with lovely view of the bay and sunrises. Condo felt well-cared for, was very clean with fresh crisp linens and comfy beds. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they too appeared well-maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay in Terra Verde, only 10 minutes from St. Pete beach! The condo was clean and quiet. It had nice decor and furnishings too. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and saw dolphins and manatees. It is a great place for a family of 4; each of our kids had their own bed in the shared bedroom and they liked the pool. Our only suggestion is for the owner to provide beach towels. (Beach toys/chairs would also be nice. We bought and left a few beach toys so we hope they are there for others to enjoy.) Thanks for the lovely place to stay and make memories!

Condo was perfect. Enjoyed fishing off the dock, cooking up some meats on the grill and enjoying the atmosphere. Dolphins & manatees were an unexpected bonus. Thanks!

This place was absolutely amazing! The owners thought of everything that you'd need. Extremely clean, quiet and the view is amazing. Enjoy the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony. At night enjoy some drinks by the dock and watch Mother Nature at its finest! We will absolutely stay at this place again.

The condo was clean and had everything I needed. The location was the best! Close to everything! Highly recommend!

Easy seamless check in and the unit was well stocked with coffee, filters even sugar, salt and pepper and basics like paper towels and dish detergent. The view is so beautiful. Also, the internet was great. Love the easy access to the beaches in Mullet Key.
