Perfect place with great private (small) pool. Ideal for the hot summer. Our host Lorella made us feel very welcome; helped us with restaurant reservation and was very kind. Highly recomended.

It is a beautyful space, done with great taste. modern without beeing cold or sterile, homely without beeing dark or dusty. Lorella welcomed us warmly, was very kind and accommodating, always happy to help and offer tips of the region.

the terasse (shared one) is due to the time of the year too hot to use.

Not adapted for small children as you need to climb stairs to reach to the apartment. A washmaschine would be very convenient. Parking is very difficult to find.

High level design of any detail in the house, showers areas are amazing. Big internal spaces at our disposal, confortable beds, amazing position. Possibility to park around the structure in public spaces, quite rare chance in Noto.

The suite was very nice. Well furnished, modern, and extremely clean. The location was excellent and the beds were comfortable. The check-in was convenient and easy.

It was very overpriced. You could spend the same amount on a luxury hotel that would provide services and decent supplies. For example, they provided one single roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 3 days and only 3 coffee capsules. Keep in mind that the terrace is shared with another suite so your neighbors might not be so respectful. Our neighbors left empty glass bottles and broke a plant that they had used as an ashtray. That's not the owners' fault, of course, but hopefully you'll have better luck with your neighbors than we did.

The building is amazing, a piece of baroque history, and the suite is really wide, has high quality materials and an enourmous shower area, almost a private spa, connected to a small patio that is a plus versus many other locations in Noto. Great position right in the city centre but just aside of the supernoisy peatonal area.

The description is very misleading. The apartment features, like the pool and the roof top terrace, are reserved to specific rooms. I was very disappointed to find out that I couldn’t use both as I was primarily looking for an accommodation with a pool. There is no a reserved parking and parking in Noto is an absolute nightmare. We had been told that parking wouldn’t be an issue, which was untrue given the fact that Noto is renowned for lacking parking spaces. When we asked for assistance and advises we were told to park on the street near the the flat, even if I clearly said there was none. We didn’t receive any alternative suggestion, which we found by asking locals. The flat was not properly cleaned (very dusty floor and dirty patio) which is not acceptable for the rate they charged. Not a good value for money.
