The location was good and staff were nice.

The bed was hard and very stiff and I couldn’t sleep at all. I booked 3 nights but had to leave after first night because it was impossible for me to sleep.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten uns für dieses Hotel entschieden weil es nicht so weit vom Hafen entfernt ist und wir früh morgens zur Fähre mussten. Nachts ist es sehr laut in der Umgebung da viele Hunde bellen und Hähne krähen. Auf jeden Fall Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen

La nourriture est catastrophique le déjeuner est immangeable. Il y’a de nombreux commentaires dessus je ne comprend pas pourquoi l’hôtel ne change pas sa carte de restauration, c’est vraiment dommage !

It is very clean, although the toilet is leaking a little bit but it was comfortable as a dorm type for 5 people, each with its own bed and not bulk beds

Location was a bit far from where we wanted to be which is the city center and the way going to the hotel is not as well lighted.

It delivered what it promised. A very basic but clean and pleasant hotel. The staff was very nice. There was no elevator but they offered to bring our luggage to our room.

There were some spiders and ants. The bathroom could be nicer. There was no fridge in the room.

Neighborhood dogs a bit too noisy but luckily hotel has noise proof windows.

Me and my family stayed for 3 days and it was better than expected. Walking distance to the plaza, cathedral, market, and malls. The gem in this place are their amazing staffs -very accommodating and professional, special thanks to Sherwin, he is truly outstanding, also thanks to Mia and Fe Angelie of front desk, Jessalyn, Johnavy,Marven, Michelle,Jossene of housekeeping.The breakfast is good and they have ala carte options too. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kudos to the kitchen staff Mark and Mark Daryll. Highly recommended and will certainly be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ecotel. There is a selection for breakfast to choose from, the staff was very nice and assisted us with some queries. The room was perfect and had all we needed. Good location.

really comfy bed and good warm shower. walkable distance into the centre. ok breakfast. staff were really friendly and helpful. organised tuktuks - drivers really nice too. felt safe here as a female solo traveler.

coffee not great with breakfast, just a sachet of coffee, would have liked brewed coffee.

Been here couple of times the owner is really nice and so as the staffs. They will welcome you as if you are part of their family. We will definetely come back again.

The location is pretty bad. You need a car. No nearby convenience stores. Outside is very noisy so you can't sleep in because of the roosters and music being played from outside the hotel by other businesses. Stay in Panglao near Alona beach. That's where life and party is

the staffs are friendly the location is not quite convenient but no need to worry for the transportation as they have contact from outside tricycle driver it's price is affordable given it's a new building, and food menu is affordable too

it's a small hotel, i understand there is no elevator :D, so you might need to ask assistance if you're carrying heavy luggage or if you're with an elderly who needs assistance, everything else is excellent

Windows/balcony door did not seal properly thus letting in ants, smoke from people burning trash and a lot of sound. There was only one night stand and really no where to put your clothing or toiletries.

Inconsiderate guests slamming doors even though there is a nice polite notice asking not to.
