I love the setup of the rooms. A lot of space to open up luggage (countertop space)

These properties must be built on the cheap. You can hear people walking above you and next door—opening and closing drawers etc. it is so annoying!!! After staying at these properties in many different states the only quite relaxing stay is if no one is in any of the rooms around you. So sad.

Nothing. The staff refuses to give us a receipt for Tuesday and Wednesday nights and told us to leave after I ask to see the manager, which we did. But you have changed us for three(3) nights and we only stay two(2) nights. We found the staff to be unhelpful and rude, and very unprofessional in they manager and dress.

Great room with ample space, a table, fridge and a kitchenette. Great place to stay for some days.

Variety of options and the layout for breakfast. Roominess of the room. The kitchen amenities.

Not any fault of staff but breakfast was limited due to a boil water advisory. You could here the conversation of the people staying in the next room for our bathroom.

It was convenient for a stop over on our way back south. Close to places to eat and also the Lost World Cavern, which we visited while we were passing through.

Beautiful property, new and very clean comfortable room. The reason I gave them the low score is because the staff at this location are prejudice against handicapped people. The front desk staff charged me a $50 pet fee for my certified service dog in violation of federal law. Being deaf my dog is trained to alert me to door bells phone ringing, fire and CO2 alarms. Without my dog I couldn't travel for my business. I have never had a hotel charge me a pet fee for my service dog before. The staff at this hotel needs training.

The walls are way too thin! All we heard all night was someone up stairs doing idk what sounded like walking and bouncing around all night and the beds are a bit hard.

only two staff members seemed to be friendly. A lot of banging late at night and early morning. (we were on first floor). Never stayed at a hotel that you had to request anything to be done in room. Thought we would at least get fresh towels and trash emptied daily or at least every other day, especially for what it cost to stay there. I have stayed in other Hiltons and had better experience.
