The man that was working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Very nice and up beat even though he was working Christmas Eve evening and Christmas Evening. Made you feel welcome!

There are no complaints, wish there had been more coffee and cups in room.

Room was very clean and bath was well stocked.

Needed to request coffee for the room as all that was there was decaf. Minor inconvenience and easily remedied.

Breakfast was good

There could have been a better breakfast. we got up early and only saw cereal and cartons of milk left…

The staff were very helpful and friendly! Also, there were a few streaming services included (HBO, Showtime, etc...) that were not mentioned on the website , which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and comfortable.

A little more pricey than what I'm used to, but comparable to the other establishments in the area. The hotel didn't seem to have its own dedicated parking area, and shared a lot with a little strip mall. Not really a con for me, but it may be important to you. Also, they no longer carry freezer items (ice cream, hot pockets, etc...) at the little store by the front desk, which was a small bummer.

Clean, comfortable and updated. Staff was very nice.

Why don't hotels have a decent breakfast. Warmed up microwave sandwiches is not a hot breakfast.

The staff was so helpful and understanding, we changed our room as it was smaller than what we booked for, there was no problem and the lady at the reception desk was very helpful, even though she said she was new, by communicating with her manager she corrected the mistake and changed our room. The lady in the morning shift was also very nice and accommodated our need concerning the check-out time. Also the ladies at the breakfast room were so friendly, and kept every item in the buffet refilled in seconds. Breakfast was good and everything served fresh and clean. Yes also the room was very clean, and the parking is very convenient. We were really pleased with the hotel and would definitely recommend it!

Breakfast was delish and clean. We'll always stay here it's a perfect hotel for us when we come to the chocolate festival, love me some Lewisburg/West Virginia!!
