Location and the modern feel of the hotel.

Room was ready, but not fully finished. I had to ask for additional towels and we were missing cups in the bathroom.

The location was perfect

They tried to charge us $75 per night per pet. I spent a lot of time on the phone getting it removed. The property was allegedly two years old but looked rough already. My daughter wouldn’t even swim in the pool. This looked like a converted Comfort Inn to be honest

The bed was awesome! The location of the hotel was great. The room was clean.

The room above us had kids and they were bouncing balls or stomping around. When we reported this to the desk staff, the only comment was received was “sorry to hear that”. It would have been nice at the very least to inform us that they would share the information with the people above our room and with management. Possibly offer something for our discomfort?.?.?

Nice location off I-75 and right next to the Starbucks. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and a nice size. The desk chair was comfortable and the desk was nicely placed. Had a good Wi-Fi to complete some work before I relaxed for the night.

I would suggest not getting a room next to the elevators. It caused the door rattled constantly during the night. The heater in the room was loud and making noise during the night as well. Between the two, I did not get the most restful sleep.

Loved the breakfast, and the hotel was very modern! Everyone was very nice and professional! Excellent place to stay!

I liked the lounge area, gathering area and pool table. We traveled with a bunch of other families and it was perfect for us adults to gather and socialize while the kids had room to do their thing also

I didn't like that there were only 3 chairs total in the pool area. Not accommodating to adults who want to be in the pool area to supervise their children but don't want to be in the pool either

1) Room was very clean. 2) The ventilation at bath room was very effective. The mirror didn't fog up. 3) Breakfast was good assortment.

1) Weak water pressure in the shower. 2) The bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner and etc. are good idea. But I couldn't squeeze those with weak grip strength. 3) Pillow hardness was so soft and no variation.

Sound was horrible you could hear everything in your room. I On was on the second floor. You could hear the people in the pool. We couldn't get to sleep until the room above us went to sleep, just them walking sounded like a stomp ped. Sam in morning.

Hot breakfast. Everyone enjoys the pancake machine :)

The soap tubs in the bathrooms were not my favorite.

Noisy. Don't stay in room 314. I heard trucks coming off the freeway all night and there is a constant rumbling noise in the room. Thought it was the ice machine but it was not. Barely slept.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Welcoming.

Limited choices for breakfast. Wish there were more options. Pet friendly but limited grasses areas for pets.
