The breakfast was exceptional! Great options, make your own fresh, hot pancakes (the kids will have fun cooking their own. Safe to do). Many great selections. 24/7 coffee in the dining area and a Keurig in your room. Great staff, pool, hot tub, very clean and great staff focused on your happiness and comfort while you visit. Very helpful and accommodating. Very clean, comfortable, and safe. GM Collin was very attentive to all visitors and treated staff and visitors with great respect and care.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was great. This was our best hotel experience ever.

The pool was too cold to swim in for long. They do have a hot tub but it was full when we got there. The hot breakfast was pretty slim too. They seemed to constantly be running out of food. I think two more hot breakfast foods (like biscuits and gravy and bacon) would have helped.

Loud people rooming on our floor. We think they were a traveling high school baseball team. We could hear them going in and out in the hallway and there was an outside patio two floors down below our window. They were being loud until after midnight, so we had a hard time sleeping.

The breakfast area was understaffed, food was running out and not being refilled properly or in a timely manner. Of course this was exasperated by rude Americans.

big room, place to sleep.
You guys kept our safety deposit despite us not damaging anything. we used the toilet, sink, tv, and bed only and when we got there i made sure to take pictures of the damage on one of the walls and noticed a bunch of scuff marks on the other. we would appreciate our $30 deposit back.

Friendly staff. Clean and well lit rooms. Breakfast area Clean and well organized. Quick elevator. Well rolling luggage carts.
Room key needed to "Exit" form the outdoor hot tub. Key would not work to let us back in and no way to contact front desk and utcwas snowing and 18 degrees outside.

The outdoor hot tub is our favorite amenity of the hotel. Everything is wonderful there, especially the staff. Breakfast is always spot on. The rooms are comfy and large.
