Internet connection is super poor. The shower is almost broken. The basin is also blocked.

Very nice personell,at the hotell.Both in the resepstion and in the restaurant. Good breakfast and very good service. Nice pool and the room with balkony was perfekt and clean

The girl working at the reception was really helpful, i had my wheel down and she called for help. She's so nice and always with a smile. My father too liked the place as well is an very good location. Thanks a lot for everything till the next time

Half the pool is in the shade and it's half the size it looks in pictures We arrived there and around 1pm in the afternoon so peak time for lunch etc. There was no staff om the pool bar or the bar area upstairs . Due to our concerns A kind couple let us have a look in There room which by the pictures was what supposed to be the same as we had booked and ended up it was tiny and not very nice. Single beds where practically on top of each other. The nearest shop is a good 15 minutes walk and when you walk back its all up hill. Overall location of the property is terrible too and not as described Had to spend our first day moving hotels and even though all of these issues and the dissatisfied custom the hotel has decided to ignore all customers laws and rights and not refunded our money because we didn't take no pictures. How ever we asked to see our room to take some photos as we was concerned to which we was told no. I wasn't going to.leave a bad review but after the way they have dealt with our problems and the aftercare of customes people all need to know just what you are letting yourself into. I am now having to go to court to get my money which I'm legally entitled to get back. Avoid this hotel at all costs !!!!!!! False advertising to the maximum level by booking.com and the hotel

The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets got changed every 2-3 days, i also told the cleaner to change my sheets and the towels , the cleaner came to the room just to fix the bed and leave , not change anything unless i told her! Also a day before i was about to leave, the cleaner knock the door and she said you guys have 1 hour to leave cause i have to clean… horrible!!!In none of the hotels i ever been knocked the door to let you know you leaving, also the receptionist was not the best ever, didn’t liked the attitude!!! Other than Zakynthos is an amazing Greek Island to visit.. but my stay in this hotel was not the best!!!!

In the room, the tv was not working. The breakfast was good, however it was the same every morning. It was quite difficult to park our rented car near the hotel, due to the lack of parking places.

Amazing location. 24h open free pool. Very good breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel can be reached only by taxi, there isn't public transport

friendly staff

The bathroom had a very bad smell. cleaning service of the room was not well organised. One day, the cleaning staff took our used towels and forgot to put the new ones.

the AC was great, the location had a great view and the pool was nice to come back to once we were done at the beach for the day.

We liked the pool. Location was okay because it was quiet and close to Argassi centre. Big fridge in the room.

The matress was horrible. We went on holiday but returned even more exhausted, I haven’t slept on worse bed in my life! I can still feel every spring from that matress. About the breakfast, it was okay but they don’t change anything, not even one thing.. the same food everyday. Bathroom is in need of renovation. They don’t change the towels everyday… The hotel is beachfront but the beach is really not nice there.
