Airport representative and driver were very nice and accommodating. Staff were all very nice. Location is very close to the airport. Big, spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. We were upgraded from a deluxe suite to an executive suite. Nice shower.

We checked in at 10pm. There was 1 person checking in guests and 1 person assisting the other. There were 5 people checking in before me. It took a long time until it was my turn to check in. We ordered dinner at the restaurant. The food took almost an hour to arrive. We followed up multiple times but was told there were other meals being prepared before ours. We were the only ones at the restaurant. When the food finally arrived at our table, the soup was hot, but everything else was cold. We were thankful for the upgrade from a Deluxe Suite to an Executive Suite. The room was dated and in need of a renovation. The toilet required a few clicks for flushing.

Facilities are old. No upgrades. Too expensive.

Posizione ottimale di fronte all’aeroporto di Cebu (voli domestici). Per andare al terminal delle partenze internazionali l’hotel mette a disposizione un comodissimo servizio di navetta. Sebbene lo stile dell’hotel abbia bisogno di una rinfrescata, per un soggiorno di una sola notte va bene.

The room smells funny and no outlets for charger next to bed and no side tables

It was so close to the airport,very quiet and peaceful.Our room was very spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant part was very hot when we had our lunch. The toilet didn’t work right, it wouldn’t flush properly.
