Great location near the seaside and close to a variety of restaurants, also convenient to the university as we were in town for graduation. Very clean throughout and super helpful staff. Lovely dinner at The Garden.

The bathroom sink in our accommodation was beyond small - I saw this in other reviews prior to booking but couldn’t believe the size, very difficult to even wash your hands properly. Otherwise the property was great. Breakfast offered a nice variety of meals but disappointing with the lack of fruit (only a melon option on the menu or yogurt option but it was the main item, not a complicated to what you are offered) and bread/toast not offered automatically which seemed odd, although when asked they did bring you a single slice.

Location was good and fan supplied in room was a nice touch

The walk across to a different building (sister hotel) for meals. Only a short stroll across the road but wouldn’t be ideal if weather was bad.
