We had a great time. The property was as listed. Very nice neighborhood. John responded quickly to any questions we had.

My family and I had a great time. The townhome was warm and comfortable. We prepared most of the meals ourselves and enjoyed making them. The kitchen could use some more cookware such as a roasting pan to roast a rib roast or such. Large serving spoons would be nice. The large bedrooms were nice with plenty of space for ski cloths. Some of the mattresshad divots but you could rotate it to eliminate the depression. The garage was large and fit a 4x4 crew cab. It could fit two medium size SUVs. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Items that were missing he shipped via Amazon. One son said “Dad, this is the best rental you’ve gotten”. So another holiday ski trip is over. Thanks John for your hospitality.

Soon-to-be hubby and I loved our stay in this townhome. It is so cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms are nice and roomy and there are soooo many amenities. The views are pretty great too! It is close to everything but outside of the hustle and bustle. It’s a great neighborhood with a golf course down the street. Close to waking trails and minutes from downtown Park City. We would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of 5 on a ski vacation. The property was conveniently located, very comfortable and well equipped with all of the essentials including kitchen utensils, and pantry items. We enjoyed the gas bbq for several meals. Large tv and fireplace in the living room. The outdoor hot tub was not working through no fault of the owner. Owner John was very responsive to all questions and issues. Information booklet was very helpful. Grocery shopping very close by. Highly recommend.

More than we could have hoped for!
More than we could have hoped for!
My husband and I rented this beautiful home for four months, January through April 2022. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
The home is within 20 minutes of downtown Park City. The beauty of this location is the proximity (1 mile) to grocery stores, restaurants & stores without having to go into Park City and dealing with the traffic during busy times.
While the home is less than a mile off of the highway, there is no noise or indication that the road is that close. We were traveling back and forth, so the proximity to the highway and airport made travel days seamless and feasible. The property is off of a rotary, however it is well marked, and we never had any issues.
Within the community there is Cross Country Skiing and hiking which was great for those days we wanted to be active. There are sidewalks from the community that safely bypass highway and take you to the shopping areas and continue into Park City. Our neighbors regularly rode their bikes into Downtown.
The home has three guest bedrooms, optimal as we enjoy having our friends visit. There is plenty of area for all to spread out and work, taking advantage of the desks and counter areas. There are smart TV’s in every room. This was great when our children visited and wanted to wind down watching different shows or sporting events. Even with a house full of people on devices and TV’s we had no connectivity issues.
John, the owner, regularly checked in with us. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Although we had no issues at the home, the Property Manager was also in touch to ensure all was running smoothly.
The home is an end unit with windows and French Doors that let in light and give you the ability to watch the sun and moon rise. There are beautiful views of the mountains and resorts. Most days we sat on the front deck for apres ski and as the sun set we sat on the back deck.
My husband and I loved the oversized couch! After a long day of skiing there was plenty of room for us to both lie down. Plus, there was plenty of room for guests and entertaining!
The home was stocked with so many of our needs, from laundry supplies, toiletries, towels, appliances and spices. Other amenities that made our stay perfect; Laundry Room, Mud room, a spacious garage.
The cleaners did a great job and were accommodating.

To begin, the landlord is v nice and tried hard to be helpful. This was a 4 month summer rental during remodel of our house in PC. I would not recommend this place for long periods. It might be good for weekly rentals. It is 20 minutes from Park City. Must drive to buses as the road home is 200+ yards uphill and dangerous with the traffic circle. Might be better for skiers, though 25 minute drive without traffic to PC resort and 45+ mins to Cottonwood canyons…
I would never use Evolve again. While the owner is trying to be helpful, you cannot see what you rent in advance $35,000 (we did not try to save money)

only recourse is “credit”—like you’d ever use them again??!?
Prop mgr never available to help “too busy”
Internet—poor connectivity for most of the time until owner fixed it near the end of our stay
Said my “wife could be there for the Geek Squad”…why not owner’s wife?
TV options real weak; no broadcast options; must subscribe to streaming services
Lack of truth about A.C- sure ground floor (garage) is freezing, while bedrooms boil
told to “open windows to let air in” —sure it’s 90 degrees outside
Had to pay upfront for cleaning that I scheduled 2 weeks in advance…no show
Then told that they would come in 3 days on a Sunday!?
Hired our own cleaners who spent 8h x2 people to get out the grime (reimbursed by owner)
This place does not compare to how it was sold/represented
Dark and dingy
Unclean throw pillows and disgusting shag rugs and extra blanket with big stain
dried flowers are gross and dirty everywhere
no place to sit, read and work
poor temp regulation
back porch inaccessible and not usable
front porch too small
couch too large
not well stocked—we had to buy 4 bedside reading lamps, two mugs, a pot, knife, two egg cups, 4 pillows
sheets disgusting
towels do not absorb
retained tampons and toiletries all over each bath from previous renters
tennis court is available
hiking trails close by
golf is a non-starter—must join as social member for $1000 and only get 4 rounds
Final week, smoke detector low-battery alarm goes off 2:45a in locked off bedroom; poor sleep for several days. Delay in getting handyman, delay in getting key to handyman, delay until last day to fix.

Would rent from the owner again, but definitely not this property at this price/description and certainly not from Evolve.
