Really enjoyed staying here, both on my own and with visiting family members. Great location, quiet, clean and equipped with everything you need, Highly recommend!

This place is a gem! We had everything we needed - and more - to call Ketchum home for a month. The kitchen and great room are outstanding, a perfect place to kick back after a day of skiing or work on the laptop in front of the fire. Everything is nicely updated and just as described. We loved the quick and easy access to River Run, downtown. I’d be happy to stay here again! 10/10

Great location near the base of Sun Valley River Run Lodge. Great kitchen and main living area. Enjoyed the heated tile floors in master bath downstairs. Showering was a bit cold without an enclosed space. We would absolutely come again to ski or bike. Hope to do so!

Beautiful location, exactly what we were looking for. Entertained family one night and it was awesome with bbq and deck. Thanks for providing a perfect environment.

Great setup and stocked with all the essential items to start and finish your day. Ideal setup for family of four. Went sking for 3 days; we walked to the mountain and town center everyday with our twin nine year old girls. I would absolutely book again.

This place was great, nice new clean, definitely would stay there again. We will probably come back to Sun Valley next year around the same time, will look to see if this place is available first. Heated floors are awesome!

Pros : location was 10 min walk to lifts or downtown Nice open floor plan upstairs. Everything was clean and all fixtures and appliances were high end and worked well. Heated floors in bathrooms were very nice! Con: Garage door is right underneath bedrooms so when people open and close garage early in AM or late in PM its quite loud.

Everything was exactly as it should be. Large, attractive materials and decor, comfortable beds, nice furniture, underground parking...everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is a good sized 2 bedroom. It’s split level with bedrooms downstairs and living area plus kitchen upstairs. Nicely decorated. Recently remodeled. We would stay here again.

Just as advertised, this is real nice comfortable place. Clean and the owner communicated with us very well. Conveniently located close to downtown Ketchum without the downtown expense. I will stay here again.

Perfect place right in downtown Ketchum. Great for a long or short term stay. WiFi was strong throughout, and there is a desk in the master bedroom if you need to work. Dan was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Looking forward to coming back.

This is an outstanding unit! It's updated, in pristine condition, wonderful amenities, and the owner is extremely responsive. We have been renting vacation condos for years, and this ranks as among the best we have ever stayed in. The unit itself is gorgeous and recently renovated with all the appliances being high end. Great attention to details. For example, not only do the bathrooms have kleenex boxes, but on every nightstand there is a tissue box. It's a minor thing, but indicative of all the little touches that add up to a perfect stay. The televisions are large and new, and the owner provides access to all the major premium channels plus Amazon prime and Netflix. The kitchen is fully stocked and has high end dishes and cutlery. There is no air conditioning and we thought that this might be a problem given that our trip coincided with an unprecedented heat wave. However, the box fans in the bedrooms brought in the cool air at night and we slept comfortably under quilts at night. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main downtown shops, the River Run chairlifts (the gondola operates during the summer) and Tuesday farmer's market, and the paved trail that runs through the valley. This was our first time in Ketchum, and after 12 days, we were very sad to leave. We would definitely rent this unit again next time we come to Ketchum. Again, this is an outstanding rental!

This home had heated tile throughout w baseboard heaters to control for personal preference. The upstairs kitchen, dining and family room open floor plan made it perfect for family time and conversations. After a long day of skiing the master bath was perfect for relaxing sore muscles. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.
