Enjoyed the views of the mountains and Lake Dillon across from the condo. Would have liked having cable tv as we do not have streaming accounts. Beds were a little soft and the king bed was a little high to get into for a short person! Should have a foot stool to use. Short drive into town, Breckenridge is within 10 miles for a fun day of shopping. Overall, the condo was a great place to stay and we would stay here again! Summit Mountain Rentals were great to work with. They sent messages to see how everything was and if there was anything we needed. They always responded in a timely manner if we had any questions.

The condo has a beautiful view of the reservoir which is just across the street. Bike trails are right there and so is access to kayaking and paddle boarding. Town of Frisco is charming and just down the road from Brekenridge. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Very close to the lake. We did a little fishing nearby. It was also close to the Marina, restaurants, and small town shopping. It was a very nice place to stay.

Very well maintained and upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Lovely views and very nicely decorated. Management company was quickly responsive to queries. Be aware that when you book with Summit Mt Rentals and have paid the initial deposit, you will then be asked to agree to the terms of a lengthy legal form and to upload 2 photo IDs. Also, if you pay deposit by charge, the remaining balance requires that you pay the cost of charging or arrange direct pay from your bank. Communications from Summit are via text and links, including entry information and directions to the condo.

We have stayed in these condos for 4 ski trips and we love the location , great views of the lake, the fireplace is cozy and the beds are comfortable , oh don’t forget the hot tub⛷⛷😎

3 days in Frisco for the first ski experience out west for my son and his friend. Super clean, well appointed condo. Plenty of space. Views out the windows were amazing. About 4 minutes to the free shuttle to Copper and Breck. Just a little further to Main Street of Frisco. Hot tub just a few steps from the condo. Highly recommend.

As described, clean, well-appointed, great layout. Perfect for famiky ski vacation. Close to Breck and Keystone. Within commuting distance of Vail and Beaver Creek. Lots of great food stores nearby. Would definitely come back.

Semi-secluded getaway at Lake Dillon with easy access to Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail all within 30 minutes. Right across the street from bike path and just 5 minute drive to downtown Frisco!

The checkin process was easy (even after hours). They provided dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and even one laundry soap. The location is completely perfect in relation to at least 4 Ski Resorts being at most 25 minutes away and centrally located. The cute little town of Frisco was decorated nicely for the holidays. Not a large selection of restaurants but a fun small town atmosphere! Will definitely book here again if available!

Condo was beautiful with amazing views from every room! So close to everything making day trips and eating out very easy. Would return at any time!

Amazing Views
We had the best time staying at this condo! Very centrally located where we were able to go to multiple different towns for different activities! We loved being able to open the sliding door in the morning and the amazing views this condo provided!

Amazing Views
Everything was fine. Comfortable and awesome views. Kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and furnishings were nice. The first day was very hot and leaving our windows open you can hear the traffic. Master bedroom tub is clogged and while taking a shower the water goes to your ankles. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The property was in the heart of all the activities the mountains have to offer. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The condo even included a nice yoga mat so I was able to do yoga at sunrise. The condo was perfect to
return back to after a full day. The beds were very comfortable and the 3 community hot tubs were a plus. The only disappointment was the traffic noise when the windows/sliding doors were opened but I really don’t know where you could find lodging so close to everything without some traffic noise unless you were in the middle of nowhere.

My family of five could not have been more pleased with the condo and the location. 204B had everything we needed - a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable shared spaces, and bedrooms, with private baths, where we could escape each other for quiet time! We also spent a lot of time on the balcony, relaxing with a drink or playing cards. What I liked most about 204B was its central location. It was a 2-minute walk down to the lake where there is a trail, lake access, and a great bike and walking path. There are probably a hundred hikes that range from easy to difficult within a 15-20 minute drive of the condo, and there are tons of bike paths that connect to the surrounding towns. Very bike-friendly area! Frisco was adorable and was only a 10-minute drive. We truly had a wonderful time and will stay there again when we go back to Colorado!
