Location and beautiful house!

Lumpy beds, couldn't figure out thermostat, faulty recliner, one fridge wouldn't get cold, dirty sock found behind a door upon arrival, trouble locking front door

So much to love: Floor plan - fantastic Interior design - upscale beach perfect - fresh,clean and bright, extremely well done! Decks - very nice, love all the chairs and picnic tables Beds - super comfy Kitchen - two fridges, large pantry, well stocked kitchenware (dishes, glassware, storage ware, utensils, a few small appliances and basic pantry supplies), space for everyone Beach access/views - you are so close to the beach and the view from the deck is nice Niceties - welcome binder and pamphlets (very helpful!); labeled light switches; plentiful towels (including beach towels) and washcloths; basic cleaning supplies to get you started (dish soap, dish towels, a sponge and a roll of paper towels); charcoal and firewood... the list goes on! Crystal Beach - the people here are friendly and welcoming! You can drive, camp and have fires on the beach with a $10 parking permit. Jose’s Cantina - a quick walk from the house and we were welcomed like old friends The Big Store - friendly and helpful staff, all the groceries and supplies you might need. The Beach Ambassador - a joy, a wealth of local info Rita’s and Cream - friendly staff, ice cream, and Jell-O shots

All are minor complaints/suggestions and we would 100% recommend Five More Minutes as a vacation home! WATER PRESSURE - The water pressure was not great. Only one water event could occur at a time (shower, dishwasher, laundry) and it lowered the pressure enough that it was slow to wash hands or get a drink of water. Plan accordingly :) GRILL - It is old and broken, you can’t raise the coals or lower the grates. HOWEVER, there was charcoal, a lighter, aluminum foil and a grill spatula so we had some success SLOW cooking burgers and chicken. KITCHEN - a few VERY MINOR things: - the exterior of the cabinets were a bit dirty and needed a wipe down (this was the ONLY “dirty” area of the house, it was otherwise spotless) - the lower cabinets were disorganized and not tidy - the only spatula to be found was one for the grill - broken chair - upon arrival I noticed only 3 chairs at the table and found two in a closet, one was clearly broken - consider adding: a slow cooker (crockpot) or instant pot, dish cloths, and labeled/organized spaces for cookware, cooking utensils and small appliances. WINDOWS/DOORS - plentiful and kept the house bright, but most windows are fixed (non opening) and those that open had no screens. The upstairs rooms only have doors (not screened). Letting in air/beach breezes also means the potential of letting in bugs. DESK SPACE - No workspace other than the kitchen table. Consider adding a shelf/counter from the right side of the fixed dressers to the wall in the bedrooms. Unfortunately it was a working and online class attending get away for our group, so we needed working space.
