Our place at the Turtle suit was super cute it had everything we needed it was nice and clean we wanted to get away from work and have some alone time and this place was so nice the pool and jacuzzi is so clean the house keepers were very nice and friendly I’d definitely go back with my husband

Very clean, location top notch to beach and restaurants and shops. Best beach cart and umbrella we’ve ever had. But beach chairs were not good. Property very nice and well kept. You need your own cooler and bags for snacks and sandwiches at the beach. Overall we would come back!!

Our stay on Anna Maria Island was overall pleasant, yet some important aspects warrant attention. The grounds were lovely, and Lindsey, the housekeeper, was notably helpful. However, communication with the property manager was lacking—I attempted to reach them via email and phone but received no response.
It's crucial to thoroughly review the listing description. Despite our initial satisfaction with the price, believing it fair for a prime location, we later discovered that it didn't encompass access to the private grounds. This revelation was disappointing, especially considering the modest size of our 900 sq ft accommodation. The disparity between the cost and space felt excessive and left us feeling somewhat misled.
Thankfully, the other families sharing the space were amiable, but this arrangement could potentially sour someone's vacation if the other guests were less considerate. Despite this hiccup, we still managed to enjoy our time on Anna Maria Island and will be returning in the future, though with a more cautious approach.

It was the just the right size for a couple with the right level of amenities and fantastic outdoor spaces + kayaks to use!

We decided to play a last minute trip with my sister and daughter and we were lucky this was available. It had everything we needed. Having our morning coffee/tea by the canal was great, the quick walk to the beach was perfect and we even took the kayaks out and used the hot tub each night. It is a quick walk to the town stores and restaurants too.
This was our first time to Anna Maria island and we were definitely glad to be on this part of the island for our short stay!

We enjoyed our few days on AMI and the "Turtle" was perfect for us. Enjoyed our patio, the pool, well stocked kitchen. If it were a dash warmer we would have taken the kayaks out. Maybe next year!

This property was exceptional. The units have a brand new appearance and are exceptionally clean. There are 3 units each with a separate door to the pool deck which is in the middle of the 3 units. The pool is not huge but was all our family needed. The location is about a block from the beach. Each unit has beach chairs and umbrella along with a beach wagon to transport them to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is a short two minute walk to the beach access, the unit was equipped with a beach cart, umbrella, and chairs, and it was very clean. Very close to many restaurants and shops. AMI is unlike any other FL city with the island feel and laid back charm. We had everything we needed and we hope to come back!

The place was extremely clean, decorated nicely and had all of the amenities. It was a super short walk to the beach! They provide a wagon, chairs and umbrella for the beach. It was smaller than we had anticipated but good for 2 people. They have a great pool but we did not use it as we spent our time on the beach. Cheri was very helpful when I called with a few questions!

This unit is stocked with everything you need and is nicely decorated. It's just a block away from the beach and you can walk or bike to restaurants and shopping. The pool is also a very nice addition, if you don't feel like going to the beach. It was a perfect winter getaway!

This was the perfect property for me and my husband. One short block from the beach, beach wagon/chairs/towels were provided and made for an easy walk to the beach. The backyard backs up to an inlet, loved having the kayaks available, we went out for a daily kayak ride on the inlet and were able to see manatees. The beach was great, quiet and beautiful at the beach entry. Easy walk down the beach to bean pony and around to the bay. The unit was clean and just enough space for 2. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool is heated, but still felt cool so we didn’t use the pool; hot tub was great but does take a while to warm up. Owners were quick to respond to any questions and very pleasant to work with.

We stayed here for a wedding and I’m telling you, this place had everything you needed! From the amazing king size bed, to the cozy decorated living space, short walk to the beach, and the best part was the back dock where my husband fished! Fishing poles where provided and we also did a little kayak ride that the house provided, too. I didn’t want to leave. I would come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you!!

The cottage was clean, perfect location, and all the amenities. So close to the beach, and our own little patio and beach set was amazing! Wish we were able to use it more since it rained our whole stay, but thankfully the cottage was comfortable and homey to hang out in, make dinner, and still get some hot tub time in between rain showers. What a perfect 3 night stay. Off street parking, quiet, safe, and easy accessibility.
The property was really well cared for, and had perfect amenities. The room/kitchen/bathroom were really clean and perfectly stocked with towels, soap, detergent, etc.
AC, ceiling fans, made it comfortable when it was warm out.
Literally a couple minutes walk to the beach, and the unit had a hand cart with the perfect beach essentials.
Wife and I hope to come back to AMI, and really hope to stay here again.

Weekend Getaway
Just lovely. Very private and peaceful. We walked to a few restaurants and rode the trolley to reach other destinations. All beaches on the island are gorgeous. We can't wait to come back!
