The home is nicely furnished, well appointed and has been remodeled. Beds were extremely comfortable. Our host was very attentive and easy to interact with. The location is a block or two from Main Street. Very central location, easy walk to winery tasting rooms, restaurants, the National Museum of the Pacific War and bars. Competitively prices with hotels, even for one couple. We will definitely return! Goodbye Holiday Inn!

This place was so expertly decorated and clean. We felt very pampered with the furnishings and the fire pit and the front porch! So many areas to hang out in. The showers felt like massage showers. The location was perfect to walk to the Main Street restaurants, shops, and museums. The host had music playing when we came in that just set the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable, comfortable stay! The layout is perfect for two couples, each with our own room and bath. The beds and bedding were comfortable. We cooked some meals and found everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to questions or needs. We would certainly hope to be lucky enough to stay here again when in Fredericksburg!

This beautiful and cozy home was perfect for us to explore Fredericksburg. The location is convenient within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the wonderful fire pit in the backyard and comfortable beds. Super clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved our weekend stay at this house! Everything was as described and incredibly clean. It was cozy and comfortable for evenings drinking wine on the couch or outside by the fire. The location was so convenient. Definitely want to stay here again.

We had the best time at The Lark Cottage. We were there on business & had internet issues the first night. Danielle came over right away & helped get it back up & running. She was such a delight. The place is gorgeous & decorated to perfection. The beds were so comfy!! Excited to come back to Fredericksburg soon & will for sure be booking here again!

This is a great home for your hill country trip! Close to everything and the owners did a fabulous job with the renovation. We do many vacation rentals and this ranks among those that make you feel like you are at home but you also get to find things that you can’t wait to replicate. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lark Cottage. The location is close to Main St. We walked to Otto's for dinner. We especially liked that the two bedrooms were both ensuite.

We loved our stay at Lark Cottage. It was perfect for our girls weekend. We were able to walk to Main Street for shopping and dining without ever needing to drive. The house was very clean and offered everything we needed to enjoy our Fredricksburg vacation. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay. We will be booking another stay very soon.

The cottage was just perfect! Very welcoming and clean with unexpected details, such as a fully furnished coffee bar, historic notes, and local restaurant and attraction recommendations. The cottage has high end appliances and furnishings throughout. We especially enjoyed sitting around the gas fire pit in the evenings! Beautiful home!

This home is perfect for 2 couples with each having their own king size bed & bathroom. Great care from owners making sure all was clean and bright with special touches making this an inviting place to stay. We were able to enjoy the outside fire pit our first evening before the COLD WIND arrived! Location is great with restaurants and shopping nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Fredericksburg cottage in a great quiet location. Cottage was beautifully furnished and cozy… you would never need to leave but if you do you are walking distance to downtown making this the perfect stay!

The Lark cottage was perfect for a couple of days in Fredericksburg. The cottage was perfect for two couples- we each had a comfy bed and a wonderful bathroom! We did not cook but the kitchen was beautiful and looked like it would have been an easy space to cook a great meal! Enjoyed our stay there and HIGHLY recommend! We will be back!!

Great property with walking accessibility to main street. It's been remodeled well and was very clean. Very pleased with this stay and will be back on our next trip to Fredericksburg.
