Our stay was awesome! Plenty of room for everyone! Read previous reviews and noticed that they paid attention to what renters had concerns with and they made the adjustments as needed.
With that being said- I would suggest having the upholstery cleaned or updated for a better 1st impression with your decor of the home; otherwise, beautiful job with decor!!!

The home is beautiful. The maintenance team responded quickly when carbon monoxide/smoke detector alarmed, due to low battery. Thanks Mr. Fix-It.
We were not pleased with lack of hot water, and low water pressure in most of the bedrooms. We were unable to find a broom to sweep the floors. The master suite was the only bedroom with a chair to sit on. We don't like sitting on beds. There was a shortage of cookware and a knob was missing from the cooktop. We were told that a new one had been ordered. Prior to arrival, we attempted to extend our stay for an extra day because the calendar showed that it was not rented for the day after our departure. The quote that we were given included re-booking fees, etc. Sadly, we decided the extra fees were to expensive.
Overall, our family enjoyed our vacation at this property.

Great location. It’s a short walk to the beach if you go through the white gate across the street. It’s also directly next to the pool which is nice. Golf cart is a nice bonus. All king bedrooms have their own bathrooms which worked great for us. Very clean. If you plan on cooking, just be aware that all basics must be purchased- oil, salt, pepper, etc. Bring beach towels. These are not provided. However, they do have lovely beach chairs. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

We stayed at this amazing location for a small family reunion with our families and some close friends. It had everything we were hoping for! Walkable to the beach and conveniently located next to the community pool. Location felt safe and lots of restaurants around the area.
Our goft cart unfortunately did not work during our stay but host communicated quickly and did their best to address any issues or concerns we had. Definitely would stay here again if we’re in the area!

Excellent place
Our entire family enjoyed our time here. The property was clean, perfect size, loved the golf cart. Only problem was that we didn’t book it long enough. Great location to the beach as well.

Hidden Gem
This houses layout is so well planned, very impressed. Made for a comfortable space for all 16 of our guests. Would highly recommend to those interested in staying in the area with a large group.

Clean and convenient
It was clean overall and located right next to the shared pool, which was a plus. Only feedback is that there are not a lot of pots and oven pans. If you are planning to make large meals, you may want to consider bringing large pots, sheet pans and bowls. There was a large sauté pan. We also were missing a dustpan so sweeping became a pain when the sand starting building up in the house.

Nice Home
We stayed here between Christmas and New Years. This is a very nice home, looks fairly new. We loved having the golf cart, we used it to ride around the beach area, there are restrictions on it, so we rented a second one as well so we could drive at night. Loved the grill and the back area as well,the pool is conveniently located next door, we didn't hear any noise from it though. We had 18 people and did think it was a little tight for us with 12 adults. The set up of the bunk beds is odd because they are all against the wall and one is nestled in a corner. The only way there could be two in those bed is if they are kids. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and it is a very nice home.
