Everything was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were perfect with comfortable beds, bathrooms perfect, couches perfect. Free wifi, bedrooms with aircon. Thank you

The property is beautiful and spacious.

On our last night two men entered the property, got inside the house through the upstairs door that couldn’t lock properly and robbed us. The most traumatic experience ever😭

Great venue. Very clean and well maintained. Crystal clear pool. Spacious lounges and family spaces. Best of all was the staff. I rate Tom a solid 10. Very attentive to guests needs and he was a very helpful

Great braai facilities but no utensils. Shortage of towels. Jacquzzi didnt work. Stangnant water in the water feature at the entrance

Beautiful place. Lovely layout. Our group of friends have sufficient space to move around. The lounge dining area is very spacious. Very neat and clean. Close to uvongo market

that we were asked to pay R1500 extra for a jacuzzi that was not working. we only knew of R1500 for damages, but they transferred it back after being told it’s not working.

the house is big nd gorgeous which suited us perfectly 😍...everything was at our disposal..towels nd kitchen goods.nd the number of tvs made it possible for everyone to cater to their own preferences

we ddnt like having to leave especially since we ddnt get to enjoy the pool the way we would have liked to ( the weather was wet)

Setup was excellent with lots off space. The number of bathrooms was very good. Cleanliness was very good.

Aircons need attention Lots of ants and flies. We were told to use only one of the kitchen facilities And utensils were limited

Very spacious and well furnished. Plenty of entertainment and braai areas. Good Location. BEDS are very comfortable. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Kids did their thing upstairs and adults downstairs and everyone was at peace.

There were a few maintenance issues which I think the previous guest had caused e.g. a broken toilet seat. One of the bathrooms did not have HOT water as the geyser had burst. There is a JOJO tank which is very noisy when you run any water and also overflowed several times. The upstairs stove did not work (not a train smash as the downstairs one did) Most annoying was the main gate which took several attempts to close every time and often had to be physically pulled to get it to stay closed. Some tiles in rooms and around the pool need replacing.

Nothing we were miserable. Worst holiday ever.

The owner made our stay miserable even more so she chased us out on the second day, reason for chasing us was noise related complaint from a neighbors but refused to listen to our side of the story, we begged her to stay she eventually let us stay if we pay more diposite so we eventually paid R3000 deposit which she refused to give back when we were leaving. Some bathrooms don't have hot water.

From our arrival, when I saw the house from outside, Iwas so excited, got inside, it was more beautiful than in the photos. Lovely place, everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness of the house.

I did not have a pleasant experience due to the fact that someone who had access to the property stole my cellphone, cake and juice from the fridge. When I reported to the owner she said that has never happened before. So instead of enjoying my vacation, I was busy up and down going to the police station to report the incident and looking for MTN services provider to block my phone etc. There is caretaker on the property, when we arrived we were told to pay R1000 deposit incase of something breaks which was not included on terms and conditions prior to our arrival.
