killed many bugs, smell of old odors, alarm in an additional part of the house went off every day for about five hours. I do not recommend this house.

Property beautiful, could use a little more tender loving care with the inside. We weren't aware property had an additional unit if it weren't for an unknown vehicle parked in driveway.

The Benning property was wonderful for our large family attending a graduation on post. The proximity to downtown, airport, and post was ideal. Will stay there again!

Overall was good. We were there for my father's funeral. However, during the stay, we returned to the home to find workers repairing a wall and baseboards in the living room. We had returned to the home and just brought in lunch and needed to change for the viewing at the funeral home. The workers continued with sawing and hammering. I called the property management and learned that there was a mix up on the dates for the repairs, the workers were there a week early. Management called the workers and had them stop and leave. Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.

This was nothing fancy, but pretty much exactly what we were looking for to visit my sister. It smells like an old house and you can tell parts are with things like electrical outlets. The location was convenient, but we had trouble finding a grocery store. Lots of restaurants nearby though. Thanks for hosting us!

My family came down to Columbus to visit my daughter's that attend Columbus State, the house is in a great location, the home provided the essential needed. I wish the house had more than the one TV which was located in the family room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our mini-vaca!

We rented the home the weekend our daughter got married. We had 4 couples and 2 teens. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone!

The house was quite adequate. Great location & good size home. Also being a home renter, we noticed a few minor changes that could be of great improvement, that would update & modernize the home. Overall, it was a good stay for our need.
