no stores nearby. location is hard to commute. the pool is very small with a fee of 500. the guard /staffs at the condo was rlly unfriendly & unapproachable.

Negativity The pillow is not comfortable it's like you're lay down on the shaving foam the quality of the bed is not the best and there is some mosquito aggressive mosquito The location is big challenge for foreigners & far from the city but the people are nice and friendly Thank you Parañaque see you soon ❤️😊

the elevator

the linens are not clean. Our room smells unwanted. It seems like they did not change the beddings as we checked in.

for me its fair enough, location is not easy to find but its okay cause its cheap and the room is clean

Reception staff was friendly. there was a convenience store nearby. Very cheap.

Location was tough to get a Grab or Taxi. No hot water kettle/fridge. Dirty with leftover tenant food. Bed was squeaky.

The place is convenient and safe. The staff were always ready to help. Had an amazing stay. There was a fridge and AC which is a necessity in the Philippines.

You can't stay here for long since there's no microwave and no electric kettle. If you are open to order food everyday, then this is a place for you.

Breakfast was simple, rice, egg and some meat, but it was very cheap so I have nothing to complain about about that Location was pretty bad, had to take taxi to everything, I think I spent about 1000 USD in taxi alone :(

The internet could have been faster, the location was not very good, could not go out a lone after dark, was an extremely poor area, but maybe it will change in a few years with the rest of rebuilds that is going on

The room is clean and the bed comfortable but thats about all thats positive here.

Firstly this is NOT a hotel. This is a few rooms rented out in a condo building. No hotel facilities at all. The area it is located in is a poor area and I would not have felt comfortable walking around there at night on my own. There are no facilities here really and they even charge an extra 100 Pesos per person to use the pool. Plus they have no credit or bank card payment facilities you have to pay by CASH ONLY which is totally ridiculous in late 2022. The breakfast was served at 06.30AM no negotiation and was delivered to my room. It was also inedible for me anyway. Stay away from this place if you are looking for a hotel!

We booked a room with breakfast. There was no breakfast. Took a long long time to get from the airport.
