We rented this house for the spring game weekend. Everything was great! Check-in and check-out are a breeze, the house has everything you need, and it’s a mile from the stadium. We will definitely be renting again.

BEWARE if you choose to book this property and attempt to bring a dog who sheds. You will be charged a damage fee. We brought our house-trained/crate-trained pug with us for our stay. We thought everything was great as far as location and our stay, but upon leaving we received a message we were being charged for damages because our dog sheds. In her explanation, the host informed us that our dog was not allowed on the furniture (she wasn't, even though that rule was very hard to find on the listing) and that we should have covered the furniture with sheets we brought with us to keep her fur off the furniture. First of all, the rule about not being on the furniture was hidden in a link, inside of a link, inside of a link on the app. We brought her bed and crate so she wouldn't be on the furniture and crated her when we left. Secondly, we NEVER received the request that we bring sheets with us to cover the furniture. If we had, we would have booked elsewhere. It's a pug, for god's sake. She has two coats of fur and sheds when she's stressed, like in an unfamiliar house and traveling. Her fur spreads like glitter. It's absolutely ridiculous we were charged a pet fee, and a damage fee for her fur. What does the pet fee cover then? Bottom line: Even though this house is called a "farmhouse," don't be fooled. Animals aren't welcome here. We've stayed in VRBOs for years with our dog with no problems and have always receive a 5/5 rating from hosts.

Listing indicated a 3pm check-in and host indicated 4pm. A minor inconvenience. Property was very nice and close to all locations we visited; including grocery stores and breakfast restaurants. No troubles. Enjoyed our stay and will seek this property out for return trips to area.

We stayed here for a Clemson football game and the location was amazing! Literally took us 8 minutes from the driveway to our parking spot. House was very clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. The house does have smart tvs with several steaming channels provided, but no cable for live tv. You can log in with your own provider if your provider allows it. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a cute place. Very clean and super comfortable beds! It was just one night for our daughters move in to Clemson.. but will definitely be checking to see if available again for future trips when visiting.

The house was exactly like it is described online. The home is very cozy and the beds were super soft! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The house was a little harder to find but the directions listed were helpful.

We were in Clemson for our son’s wedding. We rented the house for convenience to all events, restaurants and the church, and enjoyed driving through campus, just minutes away too. The host has a charming and cozy home with ample furnishings for our party of 4 adults and a baby. We loved the country-chic charm and all the little design details. Host was very responsive to questions and we would definitely stay here again if we needed to rent in the area. Highly recommend!

Everything about this property was amazing! We had everything we needed for a nights stay after a full day of activities in Greenville! Allye was super fast at responding through messenger! She was an awesome hostess!
