The house was really clean and quiet. Well appointed and the neighbourhood had any amenities we would need. Beach is just up the road. Short 10 minute drive into downtown Boston, very convenient location. Highly reccomend it.

I stayed here with my husband and toddler for a family wedding and we were very comfortable. The owners left snacks, pelogrino, coffee, creamer and even a pack and play for my toddler. The kitchen is fully stocked and it’s clear that the owners care very much about their guests’ experience. This was the most thoughtful and well appointed rental we’ve ever stayed in.

Our family had a great stay at Todd & Bobbi’s home. The home was clean, very conveniently located close to Quincy’s restaurants and historic sites, and being a short T ride or drive into Boston . It was a great home base to visit family in the area and go out for family excursions. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

The property was great for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. We had 4 adults and managed very well. The enclosed deck was great for breakfast and any other meals we ate at the property. Being 5 minutes from the North Quincy T station was very handy getting into the city. $5 all day parking! We did walk one day and it was not bad at all, but it was nice to have a car at the station after spending the day in the city. It was also easy to get out to Cape Cod and all things East.
The hosts were wonderful, very responsive and accomadating to our needs. Thank you!

It was a very clean and delightful place. The kitchen was stocked although we didn’t use it as much as I might have if it was a regular vacation instead of an anniversary trip. I would have liked to have known that it was upstairs but otherwise it was great!

We had a very pleasant stay. Todd and Bobbi were very accommodating and quick to respond. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for us. It was also very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Very impressed with our experience! This was our first-ever stay in a Vrbo-like property and it’s cozier than a hotel by far! We briefly stayed at a big-name hotel before coming to Quincy and to be honest, I’ll likely book with this property again next year for our whole stay. The owners are super nice, accommodating, and even left a super cute welcoming note for us! Everything was clean, cutely arranged and fully stocked. They go above and beyond here! If you’re looking for home away from home, this is THE place to stay.

This place was exactly as listed - it's a gorgeous two bedroom unit, the beds are super comfortable, and the host was very communicative and even set up the travel crib for us and got out toys for my friends two year old son. Will definitely stay here again! It was fantastic.

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying here! Todd and Bobbi were very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Community is quiet but it’s a close enough drive to the city in case you wanted to go out and explore. Local dining was also excellent with lots of beautiful parks and trails nearby. Highly recommend staying here if given the chance!

Amazing Trip to the Boston Area
This was a great trip enhanced by Todd and Bobbi. Their house is a perfect spot just outside of the city, a short drive to downtown. We drove to Cape Cod, up to Salem, and other areas as well. The two bedroom was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space for our boys (11 & 8). I loved the coffee each morning that was provided in the HUGE kitchen. We will definitely be booking here on our next trip to Boston.

Fabulous Stay
The listing was exactly as they promoted. They thought of everything including snacks and labeled drawers. It was really wonderful and convenient. We walked to the shore as well as to dinner.
The beds were very comfortable and the wifi excellent.
I would definitely recommend Todd's property and we will be back!

We loved our sweet vrbo... our original place canceled on us at the last minute and we booked here work no problems and lots of tlc... beautiful place, easy access to Boston, would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommends it to anyone traveling to Boston... and the price was right!

Property was very clean and nicely appointed. The flight of stairs leading up to the home was fine for our group, but would not do for a person with limited mobility.
Neighborhood is quiet and the "T" is within walking distance, giving easy access to Boston.

Cozy (and super clean) place
This cozy house became our Boston Basecamp, a safe home away from home as we prepared for some adventures a little farther afield. This was the first time since the pandemic that we were able to VRBO and it was a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

We completely enjoyed our stay! Everything from the cute way the toilet paper was rolled to all the amenities including BBQ grill was great! Quick and easy communication with owners, not to mention they were so super sweet about everything even when we had to change our plans, and yes, the shower was super great too. Comfortable apartment + great location + fantastic hosts
Absolutely fantastic experience staying in this lovey Quincy apartment. Plenty spacious with a great kitchen, two large bedrooms (each with hotel-quality king size beds), and a bathroom that has the PERFECT shower pressure. The living room and 3-season room were also great. Our hosts had homemade ginger cookies waiting for us when we checked in, as well as a warm welcome note. We have close friends very nearby and have recommended this rental to them and any future visitors they may have. Cannot wait to make the trip back up and stay in this great unit again. Thanks for everything!

A great place to stay
Todd and Bobbi's place was spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay (and more) was provided. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out in this well-appointed apartment, and we enjoyed the quiet, pretty neighborhood --and the coffee and banana pear bread they thoughtfully left for us. Overall a really great rental.

Perfect peaceful place to stay
Our family really enjoyed Todd and Bobbi's place for many reasons. It was in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for a long weekend visiting Boston. The location was great for walking to the T and also in the mornings taking a walk by the ocean. It was also very economical in terms of being able to cook some of our own meals and park our car. We really enjoyed the sunny morning light in the kitchen. What more could you ask for? Oh, wait, 100% NOT related to Todd and Bobbi's place, but hey Boston area could you take off all your unwelcoming masks? Haven't you heard...no one in other parts of the country who've gone around maskless for the entire plandemic have gotten sick or died! It's all a psy-op!

My cousins and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was 3 of us and we were comfortable. It was pristine clean. The towels, bed sheets and pillows, smelled fresh and clean. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen has all its essentials, even some seasoning if you desire to cook. Peaceful neighborhood and thankfully the location did work out for our short trip to Boston. Beach is walking distance. Owners are quick to respond and even left us some snacks and fruits. Thank you Todd & Bobbi
