The Staff at Reception were very kind and friendly.

Single use of everything, everything was plastic. The hygiene was poor. The bar man was loud and aggressive. The breakfast was basic. I was charged twice for my stay and still waiting on a refund.

Comfortable, clean room for great price

A main light in the hotel room near the sofa bed did not work.

Location closes to a strip mall next to it and a big mall across the street. Room rate is much better than hotels in Boston. Only a 20 mins drive to Boston without traffic. Breakfast is plenty and good. Plenty of free parking spaces.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and a variety of choices at breakfast.

Everything was fine.

Hotel is partially used as a shelter for homeless people. Everything is very dirty and dated. Pillows and towels smell terribly. Not enough towels. Not even close to a regular Hyatt quality. Definitely overpriced. I’m glad we just stopped there for one night.

Only issue we had was the shower didn’t work but it was fixed once we told them

There was no outside area to relax and enjoy the weather. The furnishings were not comfortable.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered us waters on our check in and out. That was much appreciated!

Nothing really. The pull out sofa was a little small for our kids.

we were in room 120 it smelled when the ac went off the rug also smelled we booked the hotel for the pool because the weather was going to be bad when we looked at the weather my kids were very disappointed I wish we were told the pool was closed we could’ve stayed somewhere else and when we got to the room I went right back to the front desk to let them know the room smelled and we weren’t even offered a new room it took a whole day for them to come and deodorize the rug it didn’t work. I wouldn’t ask for a refund but I should be offered a room to make up for this disaster I come to Boston for a doctors appointment every month and stay at the Marriott but decided to give you guys a chance I regret it.

I liked the location, facilities, room, as well as the staff. There was a glitch in their computer system when we arrive and the staff adjusted to the situation professionally and quickly. I was very impressed with that.

I didn't like that I could not stay longer. I will stay longer next time.

Connection rooms, free breakfast, great location.

Breakfast was chaos. Lots of people and they ran out of tables ans seating. Other than that is was a great stay.
