location is perfect, you’re out of the door and literally everywhere in a couple of minutes by foot. The apartment itself is well equipped and everything in a very modern style.

Very beautiful apartment. Tastefully equipped and right in the Center. Friendly office managers. Easy check in. Enough space for 6 people in our apartment. 2 bathrooms - important for us because we were 2 families. Shop right below the apartment. Good restaurants around. We enjoyed it a lot!
The place for the car was rather small (and for that a bit expensive) but it was right in front of the apartment so that was fine. The street in front of the apartment is noisy but we knew that before and the terrace was very enjoyable for us, nevertheless.

The room was beautiful. The balcony was huge, with comfy furniture, fabulous views, and an electronic awning to keep the sun off. Very upscale finishes in the room and high end appliances. Exceptionally clean. Great location. We had a parking spot right outside our front door. A small grocery store is in the first level of the building. Access to the 7+mile waterfront beach promenade was right across the street. We would stay here again!

The apartment is just amazing, in every way. Its is fully equiped kitchen, with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the rest, U can have your own breakfast, as downstairs in the building theres a supermarket! It is fully worth it this way, so u get to enjoy the massive balcony or sit inside..
The design of the apartment in every way its outstanding! We are very fussy and usually We find something to complain about😜.. This place its just amazing. There was nothing to pin point on;).. From its high ceilings , to the amazingly modern and chick bathrooms… Miele washer, dryer, etc Everything its premium, and of highest quality.
If you want the best in Opatija, and feel the comfort luxury and style, stay in 9A. You will

Superb location right at the seaside promenade, beach, restaurants. Luxuriously equipped for perfect vacation stay with family, modern kitchen had all you could need. We were happy we could also wash our laundry quickly
