The tv didn’t work

the location
the staff
furniture is outdated and old , breakfast is limited
beds are not comfortable , bumpy and covers are heavy.
the air conditioning is not cold . they don't have a service elevator you will wait for ever for the house keeping going up and down.
the gym is not diverse enough . the pool is indoor.
the spa was closed during my stay.

They did not announce in advance that the pool was under repair. And we did not give a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower as you confirmed in the email. In general, I would not take this hotel because they built a spa that didn't work and the pool is also under renovation. And they also approved a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and in the end they put me in a room with a view of a really disgusting building next door. And the price was very expensive for the value. pure shame. I travel and buy with the help of Bookie Ying a lot of hotels, this was a five star hotel at the level of zero stars, a real shame. the bed and the shower/bathroom were good. also liked that we had an extra toilet, considering we had a large room
it started badly with the gentleman doing the check in asking if I had many bags (we were 4 people), I said we had 5 bags. he replied “ok, then you dont need help from out staff.” I think you should always offer for help! especially at a 5 star hotel…didnt like it.
location wasnt great as you need to walk a bit if you want to go to nice local restaurants etc

Everything was very good. The staff friendly and helpful, room was clean and beautiful. The city and all its beauty are very close to the hotel. We liked the hotel and our staying very much. Thank you!
Smaller things like we had to ask to bring hair conditioning and the room maid could not understand to leave when we came after swimming pool to take a shower in our room.

breakfast could be slow and food orders taken were often incorrect . Toiletries not replenished enough. expensive hotels shouldn’t be prone to this.

Good location. Lovely hotel and genuinely friendly and courteous staff. Personnel at the front desk were very obliging. The pool was lovely to return to after walking around the city.
There isn’t a restaurant for lunch or dinner which is fine as there are many cafés and restaurants nearby.

so close to arc de triumph the best part of town
fridge in the room is useless and thermoelectric stays inside a closet too hot for use. AC control is equally useless and the room was not cold enough. TV did not work well. asked for a private chauffeur and was asked 2-3 times if I had money to pay for it. is this really a 5 star hotel ?!
