Cheap, clean and convenient for late flight arrival.

Many automated replies, none of which acknowledged or responded to our concern that our flight was delayed and we needed someone to be there at midnight to check us in. Luckily a neighbour knew where the manager was and woke her up.

Everything The Staff - which is not helpful we arrived at the place and the lobby is hot no staff to assist us we waited for her for almost an hour , didn’t even apologize she just gave us a straight face like nothing happened. The Cockroaches - lots of cockroaches it crawled on us while we’re sleeping and some goes to our luggages what a nightmare. Bathroom - low water pressure , small bathroom , clogged sink , clogged drain full of hair Area - people are using Videoke/Karaoke until 2 A.M lots of drunkards on the side of the street not safe to go for a walk - Garbages are everywhere on the sidewalk too

The rooms are huge and clean. Toilet was clean but could be bigger

Location was a bit iffy, if you walk. I felt safe enough after my stay, but I did feel a bit too "open to public" for my entire stay.

The whole place is malinis and newly renovated. The amenities were super okay din. The bedrooms are beautifully made up and mabait ang mga staff nila

Highly affordable ang rate nila kaya very recommendable to sa mga travelers, sa mga naka o a budget or those na need ng basic accommodation for long staying

There is a karaoke in the basement playing loud on the street until 1AM or even later, so unless you like to sing, avoid this hotel. Loud A/C.

There’s nothing in the room, no hair dryer, no soap/shampoo in the bathroom. Can hear people’s noise from the street clearly.

Its a transit accommodation where we stayed for a couple of days. The price was really cheap and we got it for 750. Staff were polite and efficient.

Around 1000 lang yung room na nabook namin ng husband ko and yung room ng mga kids is the same rate din, The room is basic pero malinis and well sanitized. kahit CR nila is malinis and walang foul smell or amoy kulob. Ok na ok din ang AC kaya comfortable ang sleep namin
