A beautiful villa with wonderful views. As a family of 10 there was plenty of room for all of us and the rooftop terrace was a fantastic place to enjoy evening meals. Good sized pool and the basement games room was well used in the late evening.Would love to go back as Luz is a great place for a family holiday. A full sized bbq on the roof terrace would be a welcome improvement. Bit of a chore carrying all the food from the poolside bbq up to the top although it did not detract from our enjoyment of the Villa

The attention to detail you have gone into when it comes to equipment is commendable, from utensils to equipment. Your assistance with the airport transfers will wonderful and the villa is exceptional. Pool wall could do with a touch up. A welcome pack may be a good idea that you include as an extra bread, milk, butter and fresh fruit and juices.

As a group of 9 with adults and young adults we found Fawlty Towers comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The roof top deck offered great views and was a comfortable place to relax with a coffee in the morning or enjoy an evening drink. The pool and deck were a great place to hang out and cool off while the young adults really enjoyed the game room. Additionally, with multiple living spaces, there was plenty of room for everyone, and the management staff were very responsive. The villa was located within easy walking distance of the city center which had a beautiful beach, nice cafes, good restaurants, relaxing bars and a couple grocery stores. We were only a short drive (or Uber) to Lagos, which is a bit larger and offers even more beaches, cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. I'd highly recommend Fawlty Towers as a great base from which to enjoy the Algarve region of Portugal!

Very good overall There were some items shown in the villa listing that were not available for us use ? Barbecue on the top deck not in use and Record deck and records are for owner use only ! Nevertheless we really enjoyed our stay and my daughter described the villa as 4 x floors of awesome

The villa catered perfectly for 4 generations from 4 months to 79 years of age. Perfect location for accessing the beach and restaurants on foot. Villa was spotless and well stocked with kitchen utensils etc. The roof top with garden furniture, table, chairs and stainless steel outdoor kitchen is spectacular the views from here looking over the sea are incredible. Would highly recommend this villa for the perfect algarve stay. A key for the front gate would be useful for keeping the little ones save.

Oh how I want to give this property 5 stars. It is one of the most amazing properties we've stayed at as far as beauty of both the property itself and the views! The amenities are very nice as well featuring well appointed indoor and outdoor kitchens, a great swimming pool & game room, and a rooftop terrace with sweeping ocean views. Dara, the property manager, was very helpful and friendly. The only reason this property is losing a star is the beds. The only mattress we felt was really comfortable was the upstairs master. The mattresses on the twin beds were OK. The king mattress downstairs was not very good and the double mattress in the downstairs master was terrible. It was no longer holding shape and very springy. It was definitely a shame for some of our party of 8 not to be able to get good sleep in such a lovely location. If the mattresses were upgraded to reflect the quality of the rest of the property, we would be giving it an enthusiastic 5 star review and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent experience from start of booking process until our arrival and then time to go home. Property is amazing. Clean, spacious and of a high standard. Roof terrace and games room in basement are fabulous additions especially to keep everyone entertained. Good location…. Hills to walk up back from beach and front but doable. Gostei de tudo e foi num crescendo pois a casa lhe surpreende todos os dias, com novos e cuidadosos detalhes. É muito bem equipada e há uma preocupação de tornar a casa aconchegante e ao mesmo tempo funcional. Não parece uma casa de aluguel de temporada e sim uma casa com todo o conforto para se morar. O ponto alto é sem dúvida o terraço, que com a sua vista espetacular, proporcionou belos finais de dia, com excelentes vinhos e drinks. O nosso grupo era composto por avó, filhos e netos. (Dos 70 a 3 anos de idade). Para todos a casa ofereceu opções de lazer. A sala de jogos é um fator a mais para a alegria das crianças . A Praia da Luz é ótima para crianças e muito perto tem outras praias igualmente boas. Recomendo o passeio da Trilha dos Pescadores- de Luz a Porto de Mós que tem vistas lindas . O sentido Mos a Luz é mais fácil pois a subida é menos íngreme, Providenciar pequenos consertos chave do portão e da churrasqueira do terraço que não estavam funcionando. . Nada disso, porém, afetou a nossa estada, pois existe uma outra churrasqueira no andar térreo próximo à piscina. Sugiro também providenciar uma tesoura para a cozinha. Foi o único item que fez falta. São pequenos detalhes mas a casa é tão perfeita que vale a pena sugerir o que sentimos falta na nossa estadia.
