Very good property in madikeri. Care taker Umesh is very helpful and owner naveen also guided us to travel around, property with all rooms attached kitchen and weasels Near to town only. All tourist places are 2km surrounding only. I would like to visit again

Beautifully clean and comfortable homestay. Lovely caretaker couple/staff. Location is quiet, and if you have yopur own transport it's ok. It's a little bit of a walk otherwise. The wifi and the cooking facilities were of a good standard.

Absentee management is always a little awkward. The couple on site were wonderful, but sometimes none of us knew what to do. The breakfast is a disappointment. It's not prepared on site, so unless you are fond of luke warm dosa, a no-breakfast option would be good.

Location is close to the main KSRTC bus stand with supermarket , restaurants around. Attractions are quite close like Raja Seat & Gaddige. The property is set on a hill and has very calm and relaxing surroundings. Our stay was in a 2BHK setting. The hall was spacious with TV , sofa and dining table. Rooms had attached bathrooms, cupboard , comfortable and cleans beds and blankets.Kitchen was equipped with basic utensils- pans ,pots , ladles,plates, salt , sugar & fridge. This was very useful as we had a 3yr old with us. The house had free wifi with good speed and bandwidth. There is a glaas room on the top for a beautiful view of surrounding hills. The sit out on the ground floor property gets sunlight in the morning , which is an absolute bliss.The caretakers family stays on the property and are wonderful people. They provided us with tea and milk when requested , maintained the property very clean and very friendly with everyone. They gave information about places to visit. Connect with the owner in advance for their plantation visit and they will also arrange Mandalpatti ride (extra cost). Paid advance upon booking and cleared the remaining amount on the day of check our- no fuss very clear handling.

The details on booking.com are slightly confusing when you try to book property based on number of people, do connect with tbe owner to clarify how many rooms you would need based on the number of people. The property has two 2bhks & two single accommodations across ground and first floor.

Quiet, neat, place, Close to main road. there were two bedrooms, so I wouldn't recommend it for solo travellers, especially women. While I was there, no other guests arrived, so i had no worries.

WC has a leak that needs to be fixed. Lots of mosquitoes outside, so you cant open the front door after sunset. No restaurant, so food has be brought from outside by the caretaker.

Great Location and beautiful house. Host responded quickly Care taker was also very friendly and available when needed. A very comfortable for a family and for long stays. Unfortunately we just stayed overnight.

Bed spreads and towels didn't look very clean. Maybe they were washed, but had many stains, so we were not comfortable using them.
