The positives are the quality of accommodations and the restaurants and other entertainment within walking distance. Our first week was spent calling maintenance to fix: no internet, toilet broke, no place in shower to even put a bar of soap, handle on inside of shower broken--just hanging. Door in master bdrm closet different color which was Ok but couldn't open and close it. Screens to balcony in bad shape. WASHING MACHINE FLOODED THE PLACE A WK AFTER WE GOT THERE. Had to put up with 2 fans that sounded like airplane props, for 24+ hrs to dry the dirty carpet. Were told we could not move even if we wanted to because it was "something that could be fixed". NEVER HEARD WORD ONE FROM MANAGEMENT!Would give maintenance people and office staff a 5. Management 0.

There were visible large "human" stains all over the comforter and throw pillows! (I'm trying to put it the most appropriate way possible). It looked like the cleaning crew did not even look at the comforter or sheets when making the bed, they were very visible! We were very dissatisfied for the amount of money we paid for the condo cleanliness should not be an issue!

The condo was very clean and had wonderful amenities. The pool area water and atmosphere left a little to be desired. We loved the beach access and it was nearly private for us at this time of year.First time entrance to get to the office was tricky as there is no access to the building without a code, which I never recieved in the mail. I did, however, love the security that the building provided as I traveled with my two daughters. Thank you for the experience.

My son and family stayed in 607. They were pleased with this unit. I stayed in 712 with another son and family. The floor and carpet was filthy and there were a lot of marks on the walls. I complained but nothing was done, except replacing a wall plate on the electrical outlet and cleaning what looked to be mildew on the wall in the bedroom where I was to sleep. Very disappointed. Second time to stay here. Would not recommend unit 712.Review is on 607

Super clean and nice perfect location to everything . We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was very nice. We had an issue with a burner not turning off on the stove. But the property delt with the issue very quickly. This will be the first property I look to for a availability the next time we are in town.

Nice property with good ocean views. Might think about replacing sofa bed. Its uncomfortable for sleeping and sitting. It would also be nice to have salt and pepper in the unit, otherwise it was very nice.
