This apartment more than lived up to it's description and had many unexpected thoughtful and considerate touches to make our stay comfortable.
Communication was outstanding - the owner responded immediately and with endless patience to our various queries.

The apartment was very very spacious and all living areas and kitchen were very clean. There is plenty of drawer space and hanging space and all the basic things such as hand soap, washing up liquids, cleaning fluids et cetera were available. A very nice touch was some frothy coffee sachets for our use. The fridge plus freezer were of adequate size and the washing machine did a good job of cleaning our clothes. The only downside was the steps leading up to the apartment and no paper towel in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, as were the seats. One thing we found difficult to master were the taps in the kitchen, bathrooms and showers, particularly the one beside the spacious bath. Otherwise all was well and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect but need to have control of air con while there. I'm not well and needed the cooling particularly in 36C heat.

The property was well maintained and close to amenities. Lots of green space for walking and a short commute to the CBD of Perth. The property owner was quick to respond to any inquiry. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely living space with the floor to ceiling glass panels in the living room giving us great views and the sense of being up there with the birds and the occasional clouds.
The hosts had thought of everything, including some thoughtful extra touches.
We very much enjoyed staying here.

We found this Ardross property to be in such a great location. It suited all the activities we had planned and made our stay very easy. Some good eating places in close proximity.

A fabulous property in a leafy, quiet & picturesque suburb of Perth. Extremely spacious & well appointed. Would definitely choose to stay again. Highly recommended.

Excellent property
This was a short business trip from U.K. The property was excellent, very well located & in beautiful condition. Decent speed wi-fi also. Would definitely request to use it again on next trip. Only one very small issue - we would normally be in Perth for 2 - 3 weeks & it would be beneficial to have a laundry dryer in the apartment.

Spotless and spacious
Brand new apartment which is spotlessly clean in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Such a large space with excellent tv/media area at one end or just relax on the couch at the other end and enjoy the cool view of the city. Double showers and stand alone bath add to the luxurious feel of the place.

The Palace!
We are seasoned travellers so we are prepared for all sorts of glitches and difficulties. Absolutely no problems at this spacious apartment. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Linens, crockery, tv all new and high class. Would highly recommend it for its comfort, location, view of the city and design. Not to forget the responsive and friendly hosts. Our best yet rental in Perth. We'll be back.
