I felt uncomfortable with the clientele the moment I parked. The room was basic and the bathroom cramped. I was kept up all night by the noise in adjacent rooms through very thin walls. I was approached outside my room by 2 guests at different times who were clearly under the influence of something. Not at all what I expected from this location.

Arrived 1am, but had arranged to pick up my cad key via a drop box. The key didn't work so I had to wake up a grump caretaker.
The room was very dated, compact but functional. We were woken up at 6am by next doors alarm and then agai at about 8am by the caretaker? Browling leaves off the lawn.
I left a box of chocolates in the fridge, but returned a few hours later to retrieve them but they were gone. I hope they enjoed them

Had a comfort chair that had broken legs the chair was against the wall it was ok there but as soon as we moved it it couldn't be sat on.

Great location, just very loud due to being right on Canning HWY (not the property’s fault people like to hoon). My only feedback is getting a phone call at 0915 to say checkout time is 1000 (first time I’ve stayed anywhere and had this happen).

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city and south of the river amenities. The condition is old and because it’s so close to the road it’s very noisy especially if you are in a room facing the highway. Free parking is good and the reception staff were friendly.

Staff very nice, but property old, run down. Blankets and bedspreads on beds not hygenic ( blanket had cigarette burn).. dusty room. But nice toiletries and towels etc. Dated decor.
