This was a great home away from home. They thought of everything needed for the stay, plus extra! The beds and seating were comfortable for Our group of 6. Its in a great location, easy to access. I wish we stayed longer, I would love to stay here again.

What a beautiful place to stay! It is very evident that the owners went above & beyond to create a very cozy and welcoming home away from home. This has probably been the cleanest place my family and I have stayed at and the condo itself is perfect for a larger family. I also loved the bar area in the garage (with heat!) because I used this as a little gym for myself a couple of the days to get a workout in. I have nothing negative to say about this place. It was amazing!

I brought my sons and my friends here for his bachelor party. The house exceeded my expectations!

Our two families (4 adults, 3 kids) stayed for two nights for a ski weekend. This house is immaculately clean, fully stocked with everything you may need (and many things you never thought you would), has beautiful furniture and furnishings and is an easy walk to down/quick drive to the slopes.

The property was impeccable! The owners went out of their way to make it feel like home and welcoming, from decorations for the holidays to all the supplies/toiletries/extras one would not expect. The place is very clean and spacious. Lots of stuff in the house for everyone to stay entertained and walkable to town. We enjoyed the garage games (and the garage is heated) as well as the back patio firepit and grill. We would 100% come back again.

This townhome is beautiful! Very close to the downtown Ellicottville and a short drive to Holiday Valley. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this property last year for our annual family holiday trip and we were so pleased we booked again this year. When we arrived the property was so clean and cozy. They even decorated for the holiday which made it even more special! The owners are so helpful and quick to respond as well. We can’t wait to book again next year!

We were absolutely blown away by this rental. The pictures do not even begin to do the place justice. The effort that was put into even the smallest touches were greatly appreciated. They even had a cute Christmas tree set up! The house is very conveniently located to downtown Ellicottville and could easily be walking distance in the warmer months. We cannot wait to find another weekend that we can go back and stay for even longer.

Seth, you & your brother have a beautiful home! Your taste in decorating is excellent! My husband & I & our 4 adult children (3couples) loved staying here. You guys thought of so many details to make for an extremely comfortable stay. From the welcome note, bottle of wine & basket of snacks to the flannel corn bags to warm cold feet & a Christmas tree by the fireplace! Beds & bedding were high quality & very comfy. (1 king & 4 queens). Loved the many amenities you provided! Well stocked kitchen-including spices (I had forgotten vanilla & it was in your cupboard!). More wine glasses & a cookie sheet would be only thing I was looking for. The heated garage bar, TV & dart board were a nice surprise. We wish we had snow to use the snow shoes-6 pair, new with tags on them for guests to use! Everything was just perfect & an easy walk or very short drive into town. If you’re looking for a very comfortable home for 6-10ppl this property was top notch!! We’ll be back for sure!! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

I spent an overnight with some girlfriends at this awesome condo. It looks exactly as the pictures portrayed, and it is easily walkable tondowntown. Everything felt clean, fresh, cozy, and new. It was obvious that a great deal of thought, time, and energy were put into making this home and the experience of staying in it enjoyable. From a welcoming bottle of bubbly when we arrived, to the stocked coffee bar, to the gameroom in the garage, to plush throws and pillows, to the inclusion of little supplies one might need and have forgotten, no detail seemed to have been overlooked. My only regret was that I did not notice until the morning that most of the beds were adjustable...I wish would have had a chance to try them out! Great stay! I highly recommend!

I booked this house over the summer as I wasn't sure we'd be able to travel to our usual southern destination with covid. It ended up being a great choice. We were able to accommodate our family from downstate and host our kid's friends so everyone was happy and entertained. Easy to get to town and slopes. Kitchen was clean and well stocked for a night in. Room layouts were perfect for mixed ages. Could not have been better!!!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Ellicottville. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again! Seth was quickly responsive to messages. There were no issues, no surprises. The place is immaculately clean, very convenient location and the attention to detail in the decor and comfy amenities did not go unnoticed! Even tho the weather did not cooperate for our classmates reunion weekend, we had a fantastic time and every one of my guests commented on how nice and comfortable the townhouse was. I hope I have the opportunity to stay again during the ski season! 😊

We stayed here for a night to celebrate a 30th birthday. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. So clean and beautifully decorated. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

This property was immaculately cleaned, beautifully decorated and well stocked! We had the most amazing time celebrating a bachelorette weekend. The location is ideal, a quick walk to the bars and shops in town. While on the trip, some of the ladies saved this rental to rebook for their upcoming trips. It was a hit! I HIGHLY recommend this rental house. Our favorite part was the garage party zone!

I just came back from a two-night stay at your property with my parents and one of my sisters. We were just thrilled with your beautiful condo--not only is everything brand-new, but we felt like we were in a high-end luxury hotel. Everything from the bedding to the towels to the furniture to the location was amazing. It was so nice to come back from a walk around Allegheny State Park or dinner downtown and kick back in the cozy living room and kitchen with a cold beer and a snack. The condo is not your typical builder-grade construction--you definitely splurged and upgraded to make it feel very posh. And, while we did not walk from the condo into town, you could certainly do that. I cannot wait to come back and visit your property. It was definitely better than what we could have imagined and one of the best VRBO places we have stayed in. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay so wonderful!

What a wonderful property!! We enjoyed relaxing here, the kitchen had everything we needed (loved the coffee maker)!! Played darts and Jenga - great fun! And the salt cave in Ellicottville was phenomenal. Checkin was easy, property was exactly as advertised. Thanks so much!
