Extremely comfortable and clean property. Felt very new.

Great central location in the heart of the historic district and walking distance to many attractions.
Two single beds rather than true queen bed and a bit uncomfortable for a larger person. Noisy patrons of nearby venues until early hours of the morning a bit disruptive for those wanting silence.

Spacious and clean apartment on a top location in Zaragoza
The communication upfront was a bit unclear.

I would for sure recommend this place. It's right in the middle of town, near the Pilar basilique. It's on the corner and every window (there's 4) has a little balcony. So you are really experiencing the hustle and bustle of the Zaragoza life from the middle of town. The view from the balconies is beautiful. The apartment is big - when with a couple - incredibly clean, the beds are comfortable.
Meant as constructive feedback, as would for sure return and recommend. A few points to make though, also in line with other reviews I've read. The apartment is very practical and with that not super 'cosy', with the marble floor and everything it's a bit clinical. In our humble opinion it could do with a little extra decoration. And also, it has a washing machine and dishwasher, and it would have made our stay a bit more comfortable if we could have actually used them - there is no soap/'blocks'/washing detergent provided, I can imagine it would be a small effort for the host to just have some there, as as a traveller, you won't go out and purchase them for 1-2 time use. (having said that - what is provided is a bit of coffee and shampoo and other soaps, that was great). And - bring your earplugs as the hustle and bustle I mentioned as a positive thing of course also means it's pretty loud. But if you realize that, then you're fine! Thanks host, it was a great stay!

Location is exceptional, right in the middle of the old town, a few minutes walk to the cathedral, the market and the Goya museum. they accommodated us dropping our luggage a bit early. Very clean and modern with nice appliances.
We were there during the festival of pilar so that probably exacerbated issues, the road was pedestrianized and could not be reached by car. The festivities including shouting and some fighting until 4am followed by garbage collection at 6am, there was not much sound proofing. Aircon stuck at 26. Limited cookware and crockery.

I had so little idea of what and where I would find good places to eat and sight see before arriving in Zaragoza but to our delight, this apartment is located in the most perfect part of Zaragoza. Parking lot was very close so do not fret or be concerned that parking is not provided. Literally a 3 minute walk. There's an elevator in the building if stairs are an issue. The building itself is a beautifully restored colonial and the apartment was so very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom and shower fixtures were all new and well maintained. Water pressure excellent. Wifi good and strong. The entire place was spotless. If going during hotter months, the AC is great respite. The apartment also wraps around the front/corner of the building with big beautiful windows and juliette balconies you can step onto to watch the world go by. All the great tapas bars are within a 5-8 minute walk, it's also around the corner from Montal Alimentacion, which in our humble opinion, is one of the best places to eat in the city. Look it up. You can also see the Basilica from your window and it's a 2 minute walk. We were like, what is this place? Crazy! Great value too. I've had to practically take out small mortgages for some of our stays during this trip in other cities but not for this apartment. Great value. We know we'll be back to Zaragoza and I'll be making sure I rent this place again. Thank you!

exceptionally clean and the location couldn’t be more central

This was an ideal apartment. Perfect location. Everything is absolutely what I would hope for (washer/dryer and Air conditioning are a huge plus). If we return to Zaragoza we will book here again.
The street noise is a nuisance especially on Saturday night. We were awakened by noise nightly.
One caution: the bathroom door locked on its own when shut. If we shut the door we had to ask someone to let us out. I'm sure they'll have someone look into this, but it could be dangerous if traveling solo.

Everything. perfect appartment, new, much much bigger than what you can see on the pictures. perfectly suited for Easter processions as you can see them from the balcony.
Parking cost 20 eur per day in central parking space and is 5 min walk away.
Problem with missing towels and bedsheets which took some explaining. We ended up being 4 persons using 2 towels.

Bad communication. We weren’t given clear instructions around how to enter the property. We had two small children and were walking in the heat with lots of baggage to try and find the key collection point, which wasn’t at all clear. We finally picked up the key and got into the property to find it was the wrong one! We then had to arrange to return and replace the key and move apartments. All very stressful and tainted our trip in Tarragona.
