This property is great we would stay here again and the communication with the owner was outstanding. While not directly on the beach I would estimate it is an easy 100 yard walk to the sand. We’ve stayed in other beach front properties that are a longer and more difficult walk than this place. You do have to cross Gulf Blvd so be aware that children may not be able travel between the house and the beach alone. There is a cross walk immediately in front of the beach access. The house is well stocked with beach supplies, wagon, chairs, umbrella and towels. We really appreciated the high chair, pack-and-play and other supplies for kids. I will mention the kitchen is a little lacking in supplies, not really an issue….. next time we stay here we will be ready with disposable plates and utensils. ( who wants to do dishes anyway). We’ve stayed on this stretch of beach several times and it’s one of our favorite areas. The beaches aren’t overly crowded in our experience. There aren’t large condo complexes very close to this property which helps with beach crowding. The restaurants in this area are pretty typical for a beach community, there’s nothing within walking distance but 10-20 mins north or south there are plenty of options. Really great place, wish we were still there.

The condo was very nice. Not as many dishes or utensils as other condos I have rented. The problem we had is it had 3 flights of stairs and for older siblings it was a little hard. Maybe mentioned the stairs in the review. The beach was close. It might be nice to leave renters instructions on getting to the beach, then renters would not be sending you a msg like I did.

Great beach location. Tons of room in the house to spread out and enjoy. The garage was loaded with everything and more that a family would need to enjoy the beach. Beautiful decor and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds! We are already planning the next family stay at this beach house.

Open concept first floor is amazing. The bedroom situation is not conducive to two families. Believe the MB was a queen size bed at best, other 2 bedrooms had double beds. Futon really not functional in the space it is in.
