We picked this property as it was near our son who recently moved to the area. The property was clean and well stocked. While the property had a pool which was well maintained some may find the outdoor space somewhat noisy as the backyard abuts a main thoroughfare.

We had a amazing stay very clean ,great location for resteraunt and stores and the house was stocked with everything you need for your convenience.The host was great we will be back .Thank you the Taylor's .

Really enjoyed staying here with our family and dog for a quick weekend trip to the Gainesville area. Plenty of space for the kids to play. The boys brought their wetsuits and braved the January pool temps. Grocery stores and restaurants are super close. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We would certainly consider staying here again, especially in warmer months with the pool.

We had a nice, long-weekend stay here! The house is clean and has an open feel. Communication with the host was exceptionally easy--very responsive. The pool was cleaned the same day we arrived, and everything worked as it should. One thing I would have liked to know beforehand is that the house backs up to a loud road. So if you're sitting next to the pool, it's never quiet enough for a relaxing conversation. This isn't necessarily a bad thing--I had to stay pretty focused on work while we were here, so I would camp on the patio with my laptop and the kids had fun playing in the pool without their noises being disruptive to my concentration--the road provides a kind of white noise effect. The noise might affect other expectations, but so many other features of the house more than make up for this. The pool has a fairly deep end, which allowed for actual swimming. The screening over the pool area keeps the massive FL mosquitos away. The kitchen was adequately equipped, although if you don't like using coated, non-stick cooking pans, bring your own. I think the only real suggestion I would have for improvement would be to put a folding table in the garage next to the washer/dryer to make doing laundry a little easier. The house is located near shopping, good restaurants, and multiple Publix grocery stores (a popular and quality grocery store in this area). It was a quick drive to some of the local parks and the Santa Fe teaching zoo, and just down the interstate to the prairie preserve, which we greatly enjoyed. Before we left, my husband and I agreed we would definitely stay here again next time I'm working in the area. Loved it!

We stayed here on a fall break to do diving at Ginnie Springs and Den's den. Great house, fast internet, and a pool to hang out in. Kids each had their own room and the house was exactly what we were looking for. Washer and dryer in the garage and easy access to local restaurants and shops.

Perfect house for our needs! Visiting my 3 sons at UF. Great location for a family dinner around the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. House was clean, bed super comfortable!, and neighhood is quiet. It’s about a 15 minute drive to campus.

Stayed at this house to have easy access to UF for my granddaughters Volleyball camp. The house and pool were good. The master bed was too soft for my husband and I but that is just personal preference. My main suggestion is to Install hand rails in both bathrooms as the floors are very slippery in the tub. Overall it was a very good stay and met our needs.

The location is really handy to necessities, and the neighborhood is older but very quiet. The house is a cozy size for a family, we had three people and two dogs that stayed there and it was comfortable, nobody felt like they were short of space. A few more people and it still would have been definitely doable. The Host was very friendly and was a good communicator, she was very pleasant to message with. There were several downfalls to this home that we found out very quickly after arriving though, which resulted in our lower ranking. The house didn't seem to be cleaned in a long while - the kitchen had a nice stock of dinnerware, but there was baked on chicken, grease, and white crumbly gunk on all of the dinner plates, pans, mugs, and silverware in the cabinets, so we immediately had to start loads of dishes after just arriving. The plates with the chicken crusted onto them in the cabinet were the worst, as we really needed to scrub them to get them cleaned up. From the kitchen into the living room, the sofa was badly stained, and the throw pillows on the couch were stained and the decorative tassels on them were definitely chewed on. The dining table in this area had food wedged into the nooks of it, like it hadn't been cleaned out in a long while. There were food(?) pieces on the floor and under the sofa that our dogs immediately started eating, which was really gross, because we have no idea how long that would have been there. The bathroom between the two bedrooms definitely hadn't been cleaned in awhile, there were pubic hairs on the toilet seat and a bunch of body hair behind the bathroom door, as well as other people's hair on the countertop. There weren't grips or mats in either of the showers, so we weren't able to shower during our stay, which after traveling very long from out of state, it would have been really nice. From the bathrooms, the bedrooms were truly great sizes, the master was huge, but the bedding hadn't been cleaned - there was other people's hair in the sheets, and the bedding linens and pillows were very uncomfortable. We're pretty positive that none of the bedding was washed, because the checkout instructions mentioned to start a load of blankets, and they were still in the washer and soaked from the previous person who would have put them in there. The backyard is beautiful and great for dogs, but small dogs are able to fit through the holes in the fence-there was a dead baby snake back there, so please watch kids!

We enjoyed our stay, easy to get to the stadium for the Gator game. Home was neatly decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay and location. The home was perfect for three couples to gather. Very enjoyable. The host was extremely helpful!

My husband & 2 adult children visited Gainesville for a family reunion. This house was perfect for us. It had great private spaces as well as nice common areas both inside and out. The 2 dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great. Disappointed that there was no grill and the kitchen accessories were very limited.

Stayed here for our daughter’s drop off at UF. Interior is fantastic.

Inside was very clean! Pool was a bit dirty, but certainly useable. Three dead frogs in skimmer too. Four-lane road right behind the property made it a bit noisy to talk outside by the pool, but it was quiet inside. Dresser in spare room had dirty underwear and clothes. Very happy to see lots of coffee K-cups for the Keurig already there as we flew with only carryons so we didn’t bring much. Plenty of clean towels available! We would stay here again!

We were in town to deliver my son’s furniture to him at UF. We rented this property for our visit. The house has a wonderful pool! All the appliances and furnishings appear to be brand new. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, etc. We will definitely rent this home again when we come back to Gainesville!
