The home & property are stunning. We had issues with accessing the property as we were given the wrong codes several times. With 18 people waiting, that was unfortunate. Vacasa’s customer service was difficult to deal with and we ended up waiting 4 hours to gain access to both houses. There were no extra blankets, spices, corn hole, and beach chairs as listed. FYI. But easy enough to purchase what you need. Overall though… the home is beautiful & location is perfect for a short walk to the beach.

The home was very nice and clean. It was just like the pictures. The customer service was very attentive. It was plenty of room for our large group. Looking forward to return next year.

Enjoyed our annual family vacation--all of our children and grandchildren--18 in all! We definitely filled the main house plus guest cottage but there was a place for everyone. The private pool was definitely a hit! and 1/2 block to beach and shopping. Definitely kept a steady path going that direction to beach and shopping. Panama City Beach definitely a busy, busy area! Difficult to communicate with property managers though!

It was a beautiful home with all that we needed ! Only bummer is we forgot to ask ahead of time to heat the pool and it was a little cold outside so could have used that! But otherwise it was perfect !

We loved the short walk to the beach and the beautiful house. The dryer and dishwasher were broken. No sheets available for the pull out couch. Staff was notified and we were told someone would be stopping by but no one did. Someone stopped by unannounced and walked into the back yard, checked the grass? and left. Very odd. Never said a word. It would have been nice to have been notified as it scared us. Definitely recommend the home if everything is working!

We loved the location, super close to access 74. We unfortunately had a lot of issues during our stay.. there is a different code for the guest house that no one could figure out at customer service. It took multiple calls to get it sorted and we weren’t able to get into the space for a few hours. Day 2 the fridge door beeped all day with a notice of “door open” the team came out and stated we needed to close slowly because the fridge was finicky. Also on the 2nd day the dishwasher broke, so we had to do our dishes by hand- not usually a big deal but 14 people causes them to stack up. Finally, there were limited extra blankets & no blow dryer (only a box..) Again, the BEST location and good customer service when we called which is why I gave them 3 stars but a lot of issues.

Listen. The house is great for large groups and very close to the beach. However...our experience has left us pretty unhappy. There is a separate guest house (part of the listing) that two friends stayed since we were a large group. At 10:30pm, I get a phone call from one of them saying they just heard the garage door open and a car door close. Someone had come onto the property while we were staying there late at night. This is a house full of girls and at this point I immediately call Vacasa to see if maybe the property owner is on the property or to just figure out who the hell is here (with no warning, no messages, no nothing). They did let me know they would reach out to the property owner ASAP. Minutes passed, HOURS PASSED. In the meantime, we had the other two girls come into the main house and were honestly pretty nervous the whole night, waiting for Vacasa to get a hold of the property owner. We did not get a response from Vacasa confirming that it was in fact the property owner getting a personal item until we were on the flight back home the next afternoon!!! We get it, sometimes you gotta get something from your property. But WHY so late at night and if you are why are you unreachable?! Then, we had two men come on the property into the back (to clean the pool?) around 8:30AM even though check out isn't until 10am...And we did not get an early check-in so the property has from 10am-4pm to get everything in order. This paired with a smoke alarm that ran out of battery and constantly beeping, no beach chairs, no beach towels...I would just look elsewhere.

The place was wonderful and allowed our family to have a wonderful time together! We did have an initial problem with a code to get into garage apartment. That took a couple hours to resolve but it worked out. I really suggest everyone take a blanket for beds as they only has sheets on each bed. We were close to beach which was great. All in all it was a terrific vacation for us. Kitchen is fine but could use a griddle for pancakes!😊
