There were a few minor issues we had around the house, but all were addressed within hours which was impressive! Great accommodations for our large party.

Everything was perfect! Our only complain is the tile out by the pool. Almost everyone in our family slipped even though we were very careful after the first fall. Tile surface by a pool is not a good match. Another thing was the glass decor the pool had. We also had several people cut their foot with it. Very dangerous! Maybe have some peddles instead of glass decor.

Very clean. It meet all of our family's needs.

The house was perfect for our large family (16) with a wide age range 9months to 75 years old. The house had so many amazing amenities that we enjoyed using: the pool with the outdoor tv/bar, the golf cart to transport to the beach, the game room! Everyone had enough space to spread out and enjoy time together 💙

My entire family enjoyed their stay at Vast Cay Castle. The home was very clean and comfortable for a large family gathering. Best part - the young kids loved the pool. They spent everyday playing at the pool. Loved the fact the pool was only 4 ft deep. Felt safer traveling with young children and an autistic child. The older kids loved the close access to the beach and the ability to walk to nearby stores. Location was great for the entire family. Property management was very responsive when we had questions. 5 🌟 star experience

The home was so beautiful and perfect for our family, it was walking distance from beach and in the perfect location overall!

We had a wonderful time. Very spacious, game room and golf cart a plus. Our children and grandchildren loved the pool. Definitely would Recommend this property.

The backyard was a fantastic place to enjoy music and watch TV with your friends and family while playing in the pool and hot tub! The house comfortably housed 20+ of us while still feeling spacious and at home. The beach access is very close and very easy to get bands for, we will definitely be returning!

We reserved this particular home from Nov 19 - Nov 26, 2022, on the understanding and reliance that an elevator was installed on the property. This is impossible since Vast Cay Castle does not and never has had an elevator installed. Either Love Rentals or VRBO has since removed both "elevator" and "accessibility" as a category from the listing entirely. Several previously broken or damaged chairs and stools were found on-site when we arrived and had to be repaired or replaced during the stay. When the maintenance team could not repair the barstools in the game room, they replaced them with 4 matching stools that were about a foot too short for the table. The floors appeared to have been mopped but not swept as indicated by the trash stuck to the floor. The tiki fountain did not work at all, and the pool's lighting was minimal and insufficient. The sound system outside conked out on day 3, so we didn't use the outdoor space much. The grill was not cleaned by the previous occupants. There was only one single-door fridge, which made prepping Thanksgiving dinner...an adventure. I suppose the two mini-fridges outside were helpful but only just. The first floor was entirely too small to accommodate our family although the listing claimed the house could accommodate 28. Management informed us of extra dining space outdoors and up on the second floor. One, we don't eat separately--this is a holiday. Two, at least 6 of our 20 guests were not able to climb the stairs to even enjoy the additional space. There is only ONE (1) handicap-accessible bedroom and ONE handicap-accessible bathroom in the entire home. This IS NOT a good space for groups with elderly folks or those with ambulatory challenges. Six of our guests shared the single bathroom on the first floor due to an inability to climb stairs. One of our male guests had to sleep on the couch in the living room because he was unable to step down into the bunk room on the first floor. Additionally, upon entering the home and exploring the space, my niece fell while entering the first-floor bunk room because the safety strip is not visible when the door is closed and she did not know there was a step-down. Luckily she was unharmed. Management picks and chooses when to respond to you so be ready to handle things yourself. We will NOT be patronizing Love Rentals again. On the positive, the beach access was lovely and we had a great time at the winery next door.

Really enjoyed the house, pool and being so close to the beach. Golf cart handy. Had one issue with pool heater but instantly taken care of by property manager. All in all a great week.

We had a great time at this property. We came to town for a friends wedding, the first of our friend to get married. It was a big high school reunion and a blast. The house was beautiful and exceeded expectations! The golf cart was a great amenity to have to easily get around.

Overall happy with the house. Good location to beach and other activities we had planned. Had some issues with audio speakers by pool. Sound kept going in and out. There was some lag on the wifi when streaming family movie. Had to buy an iron from the store cause the one at the house didn't work. Minor issue but slight inconvenience. No major issues that impacted our stay. Everyone had a wonderful time and we'll definitely be back :-)

This house was fantastic! I (along with my closest friends and family) stayed here and had the most fun time ever! One of our favorite parts of the property was the TV out by the pool with surround sound so we could listen to music and also watch the football game on Sunday! 10/10 recommend this house for your next vacation spot!

Vast Cay was just like the pictures, and we enjoyed thoroughly. There were a few minor things that needed attention with cleaning/furniture but not anything to ruin our trip. We had family travel in from all over of all ages and the house was the perfect accommodation and location for us. Everyone was happy to call this place home for 5 days. Accessing the beach was easy! The golf cart bonus was right on time. Would definitely return!

The Vast Cay Castle was the perfect size to fit all of us for a week of fun at the beach! The walk to the beach was not bad and the golf cart was very helpful for getting babies and all their things there and back without difficulty. We loved the size of the pool and the outdoor seating! It was great to have two dishwashers in the kitchen and the use of the indoor, full-size fridge as well as a few outdoor fridges for drinks. The ice maker was also a great addition. The kitchen was well stocked with the pots/pans, plates, silverware to cook for a large group. We were mostly satisfied, though there were a few issues. We were disappointed by a washer that did not work and never heard back from the maintenance team after they said they would call someone to come repair it. The iron also did not work. We found a mouse in the outdoor grill early in the week - and hopefully scared it off as we did not see it again. Lots of ants in the pool area, thankfully they did not venture into the house! So, overall, 4/5.

The check and check out process was smooth, listing was accurate with all pictures, very clean and enjoyed every bit of the home.

Communication from booking leading up to our stay and beyond was friendly, professional and always very timely. The overall space and facilities were a good fit for our family of 21. We appreciated that almost every bedroom had its own bathroom and that there were two laundry closets! The outdoor private pool area was amazing, especially at night with the ambient/mood lighting. Also, much to our surprise, we had AMAZING views of local fireworks from both balconies! We quickly noticed upon arrival that the floors were not as clean as we’d hoped (we don’t usually wear shoes indoors), but I guess there’s only so much you can do about sand at a beach house. Our only other complaint would be that the third floor dryer took quite awhile to actually dry our clothes (2-3 cycles per load without towels). There is ample parking in front of the house for up to 8 vehicles (less if larger vans/trucks), and the location is amazing with just a short 5-7 minute walk to the private beach access gate. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the house!

This was perfect. We had an extended family vacation and the house and location were just perfect. Close walk to beach with access to chairs and umbrella along with chairs provided at the house. We also enjoyed the large pool and patio with outdoor kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Extremely happy with our experience. Plenty of space, heated pool was awesome and the 3 floors of bedrooms offered quiet sleeping for those that needed noise levels at a minimum. From 65 year olds to 4 year olds, we all enjoyed our visit!!

Nice location, easy beach access, golf cart was super convenient, wonderful property.
