The unit was cleaner and nicer than the pictures posted. As for the host… Todd is over the top to respond to any and all questions before and during our stay. We’ve stayed at many rentals over the years and he’s the best host we have ever had. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in PCB.

This condo was wonderful! Clean and stocked with everything you could need as well as being within walking distance to anything you could want! Hosts were wonderful and replied to any messages very quickly. This will be a yearly trip to stay from here on out! Such an amazing experience.

The place was super clean! We had everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of coffee cups and glasses, which is rare for most rentals. Beach chairs are provided.

We had an amazing stay and the condo was perfect!! Todd’s communication was spot on.

Myself and my family and another family stayed in this condo for a wonderful fall weekend. The condo had plenty of room for us! Both bedrooms have great king beds and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. Only three condos per floor really saved on elevator wait time. It rained a little on us one day but we just enjoyed the amazing balcony that morning and then went out when the sun came out! Would definitely recommend!

I would give this condo 10 stars if I could. My family loved the huge balcony. All of the furniture, including balcony furniture, beds, couches, etc., were extremely comfortable. It was very obvious that these owners decorated and furnished this condo with very high quality furnishings! It was also immaculately clean. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with. One of the elevators was being replaced when we stayed here. However, the owners communicated this with us ahead of time, so we were not surprised when only one elevator was working....that showed how honest the owners are. Even with only one elevator working, the elevator wait time was still shorter than some of the larger condos with multiple elevators. And the 2nd elevator is scheduled to be up and running within the week. The owners were also super helpful with recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and dolphin tours. Usually my children don't care where we stay at the beach....they're just happy to be at the beach. However, my 13 year old daughter is actually asking to stay not only at the Ocean Ritz again, but specifically this unit. And my family will definitely be staying here again!!

We had a great time at this place for Thanksgiving week. The place was clean and well-furnished. The beds slept great, and they had plenty of pillows and blankets. We had everything we needed while staying. The view was amazing, and the balcony had plenty of furniture to be able to have everyone outside together. Moving outside of the unit and onto the overall condo property, it was nice too. The pool was heated, and the pool and hot tub were clean. One of the elevators was out, but I was informed of that well in advance, and it didn't affect our stay at all. Since we came when it was less busy, we didn't even have to wait on it any longer than normal. The only thing about the whole stay that was unfavorable to us was parking. This has absolutely nothing to do with the unit or property at all but with the city. Since this was our family Thanksgiving, we had people coming from different places and had a total of 4 cars. There is only property space available for 2 (understandably), so we were left with 2 paying in the city lot. The price apparently went up from when we first checked because it is now $12 for 24 hrs. This information is to inform the next renters to be prepared and is in no way a negative against the rental property at all. Overall great place to stay and would definitely recommend!

We rented the condo based on pictures of the balcony. In years past our family has enjoyed beach vacations but we usually wind up spending more time on the balcony than on the sand. This place has an exceptional balcony. But we were surprised by how much room the rest of the condo has. Our only concern was the elevator situation but the owner informed us well in advance that one of the elevators is currently down for repair. We didn’t expect this to be an issue but our stay happened to coincide with fall break for many of the surrounding states. Needless to say we used the stairs a lot. But other than the extra cardio workout we really enjoyed the condo and were quite comfortable.

We picked this place because of it's sleeping arrangements. With eight people and six kids aged 10-19, finding condos that don't require someone to sleep in the living room is difficult. What we didn't realize when we booked the place was how all around awesome it was going to be! This place is very close to perfection. It's exactly as described and looks identical to the pictures (beautiful). Even more, it was immaculately clean, stocked with tons of extras (extra bedding, lots of beach toys, the kitchen was very well stocked, hair dryers in every bathroom), every single bed was so comfortable, and everything was in good working order. As a bonus, Todd was super friendly and helpful and it's in a splendid location. Highly recommend this place for anyone with a large family looking to live their best beach life!

The condo was great, check-in was hectic and elevators were very slow with the number of people checking in at the same time. Other than that it was a great stay.

Unit was very nice and felt like home! Beach was beautiful! Owners are amazing! They personally helped me find and returned a piece of family jewelry that was accidently left behind.

The condo was absolutely stunning. The balcony had lots of seating and was awesome to sit out and enjoy the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with about everything you could need. The beds were sooo comfortable. Todd and Kelly were easy to talk to and available for anything we needed during our stay. Even went above and beyond to offer to have something overnighted to the condo for us. A+++ Other than the parking garage this place is perfect!

This is one of the best condos I have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and they also had beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use to take down to the beach! We loved having the large balcony that all of us could sit on together. We had a wonderful time!

From the Check in to the Check out, great place to stay! As a previous condo owner I am super picky about where I stay. Cleanliness is #1 for me! This place was Super Clean, well stocked and had everything you could need and extra! It was a girls week, My Sister and I and my two teenage nieces. Everyone had a super comfortable bed and bathroom. Super balcony to enjoy the early morning, lunch and the beautiful sunsets! I will definitely be back to stay here. Very nice owners and kept us informed on check in and gave tips to enjoy the location. I highly recommend this condo, you won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were SO comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils. They also provided a starter kit with enough dish soap, laundry detergent, and other toiletries to get us started. There was ample space for all (4 adults and 4 kids ages 2, 8, 12, and 13). The balcony was a relaxing place to sit and view/listen to the ocean. We loved the beach and spent most of our time there. They provided beach chairs, toys, and games. The beach attendant was great also. Our last day we rented a pontoon boat for the day from Adventures at Sea and went to shell island which was a big hit for all! Conveniently located by shops, restaurants, and a Walmart. Favorite restaurants were Pineapple Willy’s and Sharkies. Condo owners were very kind and quick to respond and address any issues or concerns we had. Only issues we had were the parking was SO tight. We drive Yukon XL and had trouble getting in and out of the garage and the parking spaces are very close together. There is an overflow lot across the street but it was often full. Also, found a cockroach in a kitchen drawer which we killed and thankfully didn’t see any others. When we notified Todd he responded almost immediately. He notified the HOA. They spray on a monthly basis. That was the first they have had. But even with those two issues, We still give 5 stars and would definitely stay again. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Not only was the condo in a great location it was also updated beautifully, clean, and the owner had excellent communication. We had my family, six of us & my parents for the stay and never felt cramped. The bunk room was perfect for my 4 kids. If you’ve got a bigger family and are looking for a great spot- look no further.

Overall the stay was great, the condo was in good order and no major issues during our trip. I would definitely recommend to other families that need space. They have almost everything you will need for your stay...we were still finding things that we hadn't spotted while we were on our way out.

This condo was perfect! We loved having an assigned parking spot. Parking was near the elevator and our condo was directly off elevator, which was convenient for my father, who is disabled and uses a walker. The condo was very clean, decorated beautifully, as shown in pictures. The balcony was large with amazing patio furniture for our whole family to eat and enjoy the view. We rented a motorized beach cruiser for my dad, the walkway to beach was perfect with no stairs. The owners were wonderful and responded immediately with any questions we had. Beach chairs and an umbrella, along with rented beach chairs were included with this condo. We will definitely rent this condo again. We loved everything about it! The only problem was the parking garage was very tight, I drive a yukon xl, so pulling out of the garage was tricky, but obviously doable. These host deserve 10 star rating!

We absolutely loved the unit and the view. The balcony was amazing! Unit was very clean! Communication with the owners was very easy and they were so friendly and helpful! The whole condo complex....not so much. Complex needs updating and the elevators are probably the worst I have ever experienced. We waited almost an hour one day to use it. Only one would be working and they also would only hold 6 people. The elevators are so slow and always had issues. We even had to walk up 13 flights one day. Idk what elderly people would do because we have 2 small children and it was a nightmare. They also had many floors locked on the stairs so they could paint....fire hazard for sure. The pool is very very small and not nearly big enough for the amount of people at the condo. Also, pool doesn't open until 10 am and the code to get into pool or to the beach wouldn't work for the first few days and also wouldn't let us in most days until 10 am. We would have to walk to a public access to get to the beach. I have never stayed in a condo where this has happened. Parking is also hard. Parking garage is very small, very low and spots are tight. Parking across the street was also always full. Do not bring a large vehicle or you could be in a real pickle. Over all, unit is very nice but the rest of the property needs a revamp or I doubt they will get return stays.
