We had a wonderful stay. Very close to downtown Bryson City. House was awesome. Great if you have a few families wanting to vacation together!

Our group was 3 families of 4. Kids ranged in age 12-8. The house easily accommodated our group. It was clean and offered several nice features that we enjoyed. Namely the hot tub, fire pit and the basement area for the kids. It was an easy drive to Bryson City, Fontana and the Nantahala Outdoor Center. We would stay here again.

We’ve been coming to the Bryson City/Cherokee area for 10 years now. That’s 10 different cabins we’ve stayed in. This was our favorite for sure. Not too hard to get to but still secluded from everything. Mountain View’s but close to downtown. Great decor, clean, & comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time and throughly enjoyed our stay at 3 Little Bears cabin! There were so many fun things to do in the area. The house was plenty big for 3 families. The view was spectacular! Matt was very easy to work with. Highly recommend this property!

The 3 Little Bears cabin is beautifully placed within the smoky mountains just outside of town. Plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the mountains but not want to be right in the tourist areas. The house is convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and is literally a stones throw from Bryson City and a section of the Smoky Mountain National Park that is great for small hikes.

Super location for all the activities we wanted to visit/enjoy. Attractive cabin atmosphere with plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed in this house for a week, with kids from 7 to 17 and 5 adults. We all had plenty of space and had a good time. The house was very clean when we arrived. The creek is not really accessible from the cabin, but you can hear it running from the decks. There was also a little rabbit that resided in the yard most of our stay that the kids loved to watch while they chilled in the hot tub in the evenings. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the gameroom, it had plenty to keep everyone busy. The beds were actually the most comfortable of any rental house we have ever stayed in. We had one issue, totally out of the owners control, but he responded immediately and got the problem resolved quickly. If you have a large crowd and want a little mountain get away, this is the place.

Very nice stay. Lots of space in the home and the kids really loved the game room. Driveway was a little difficult to navigate, but otherwise a really nice stay.

Enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. There’s lots to do as a family. Cute little town with shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Cabin was great.

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was in a great location. Close to Bryson City and just a short ride to Cherokee, Deep Creek, Nantahala and the Tuckasagee Rivers. The cabin is very spacious and had everything we needed and more. We definitely would stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Matt, the property owner, provided absolutely everything that we needed! Well appointed house for 7 adults in the best location to many hiking trails & downtown Bryson Ciity. The basement with the many bunk beds & game room is super for all ages!!! We highly recommend this property!

This house was more than any words can describe! Communication with the owner was seamless. Check-in was seamless. The beds were all soooo comfortable. House was very clean. Kids (12 through 18) had so much fun in the game room, as well as the swings, hot tub, and numerous activities the house came with. Location was in the mountain only a few minute drive from the quaint downtown area of Bryson City. Do not hesitate to stay here. We are already all trying to figure out when we can come back here! I will miss having my coffee while sitting on those great rocking chairs on the deck, all while listening to the amazing mountain stream.

Kids loved the game room and adults loved the fully loaded kitchen. Decent view and enough room for the family plus some.

The cabin is fabulous. Very clean and updated. The kitchen is large with many supplies to make it easy to use and feed a family while visiting. The kids (of all ages) enjoyed playing in the game room. Overall the property was wonderful. The owners are great on communication as we did have a few questions while there and they responded promptly. We will definitely be returning for another visit.

The property was great. Very clean and very beautiful. The pictures on the app don’t do it justice. It is a large cabin with a cozy feel that is welcome to anyone of any age. Very satisfied.

Matt was a great host and answer our inquiries right away. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and more. We had an amazing time. We were 2 families with teens and little children everyone had a great time. We would definitely come back.

Three families from Michigan, Florida, and south Carolina met in bryson city for a Christmas week vacation. The cabin was perfect. The adults had their own rooms and the kids (18, 15, 12 and 11) took over the basement bunk room. Plenty of space for all. Living areas were nicely furnished and the extra large dining table sat all 9 of us at once. Kitchen and appliances were modern. Enough dishes, etc for all. No cable TV but had Roku. An upgraded smart TV might be in order because so many people stream now. WiFi was adequate but spotty at times.Beds were comfortable and house was clean and looked like the photos.Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We were 65 minutes away from skiing at Cataloochee and 15 minutes from a nice 3 waterfall hike. 15 minutes to 2 grocery stores and downtown area. We didn't eat out so can't comment on restaurants. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and swing off the porch. Owner was very responsive when we messed up the door lock! Caretaker also checked in with us and exchanged numbers if we needed someone local to help out.Strongly recommend this property for family vacations.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view! House had everything we needed. The owner was wonderful about communicating and always answered any questions in a timely manner. Located 5 minutes from Bryson City. We would definitely love to stay at this house again in the future.

We had a wonderful trip while staying here, we had very punctual communication, the property had all kinds of amenities from the porches, awesome game room, and the black stone grill! The property and grounds were all very clean, not to mention super comfortable beds. We’ve stayed “near Bryson City” many times, but the location of this place will spoil you. Overall great experience, and will be excited to return one day.

The house was fantastic and the downstairs game room and bunk room was perfect for all the kids. The outdoor furniture is awesome and there is a black stone grill for making a great breakfast.

We booked this house to come in town for the Polar Express and it was such a quick and easy drive to downtown. The owner did a great job with local recommendations and the house was great! Very cozy! Our family loved it.

My Family and I needed a quick getaway full of serenity and unplug from work, school, and technology. The Three Bears Cabin was everything listed and more. The Owners had great communication and lots of recommendations of things to do. We have two teenage daughters and they can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Three Little Bears Cabin. The cabin was extremely peaceful and had so much to do. The hosts were amazing, had excellent communication, and provided a detailed list of activities and dining. We did a lot of dining in Bryson City right down the road as well as outdoors activities in the Smokey Mountain National Park right around the corner. Our favorite part of the trip was actually sitting on the porch sipping coffee and wine while relaxing in the rocking chairs and listening to the flowing creek below. We also had a lot of laughs playing pool and games in the game room and enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a long hike. We went on this specific trip for a quiet getaway for our anniversary but will definitely be back again both by ourselves and with our kids and family/friends. Highly recommend visiting this cabin- just not on the dates we want to come back :)

We were a family of 11.It was the perfect house for us.The house had everything we needed plus more.The kids even played outside when we weren't busy.We will definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Long weekend with husband, children, spouses and grandchildren. Once they left, I invited a few girlfriends and we had a magnificent time together. The pictures are accurate. The owners were very responsive if we had any questions. Their caretakers were so nice and helpful. Bryson City had so much to offer. Everyone had fun. I would definitely recommend this property and we will return.

We were so happy we booked this cabin. We have a family of 12 and we did not feel cramped at all! Lovely open concept family, dining, kitchen area, yet areas you can find some quiet time. We loved both the upper and lower decks to spend relaxation time on. The fire pit and swings were a nice added touch. The game room in lower level was awesome for kids and adults alike on the rainy days. Cabin is located on a quiet mountain road and gives a real feel for privacy, yet Bryson City downtown is just 10 minutes away. Some reviewers commented on the steep driveway. It is steep, but should not deter you. All of us had all wheel drive and had no issues. This is the perfect location for exploring the area. Some attractions are only 15 minutes away, and others about 1 1/2 hrs. Easy access to the Great Smokey Mountain National Forest and the Road to Nowhere. The host Matt was most helpful if we had a question or issue and responded quickly to answer our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend The Three Bears cabin to anyone wanting to vacation in North Carolina! We made some wonderful family memories here and had a fabulous vacation.
