This is a beautiful property, that is very comfortable. It is very clean and well equipped. Complete with an umbrella on the balcony. Nice to be able to have shade while enjoying our morning coffee, or mid afternoon cocktail. As mentioned, you won’t have to get back into your car to drive anywhere. Everything (including 2nd Street restaurants) are within walking distance. Glenn is an exceptional host. The check in/check out process is super easy. And he responded to a couple of my questions promptly. We were concerned about parking as the property is on a street that is closed (no parking) from 9 AM to 5 PM during the summer months. We got there right at 5:00 and had no problem unloading. (Then moved our car to the block behind the property and left it there during our stay.) I highly recommend this property. Thank you Glenn and Maria for allowing us to have such a wonderful trip.

This is a beautiful location across from the water. Great views. Easy walking distance to restaurants, canals, beach and ocean. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely.

We had a good stay in a really nice location. There were a couple of unforeseen issues that the host took care of right away. Parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes.

This is one beautiful property! Nicely designed and very clean, we thoroughly enjoyed this unit. Ease of making the reservation and seamless check-in set the stage for our enjoyable visit to Belmont Shores. Access to Alamitos Bay (across the street) was perfect for daily water sports including kayaking, SUPing, and swimming. Plentiful eateries on 2nd Street were a plus. Thanks, Glenn. The entire experience was exactly as we hoped. Everything we needed was provided. Parking was easy and the location can’t be beat. Right across the street from the beach and walkable to many shops and second street restaurants. Enjoyed the fully- stocked kitchen and making lasagna and pasta bolognese. Favorite moments were sitting on the front patio watching boats in the evenings. We would book this again for every beach vacation!

The minute you walk in the door and look around you, the word classy comes to mind. The entire space reflects comfort, class, and ease of movement! There's so much to love about this apartment in addition to the location. The balcony and living area allows a panoramic view of the water, electrical outlets abound, you'll find plenty of storage space and you'll adore those fluffy, white towels. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and look forward to my return. I highly recommend this 2nd floor apartment to anyone who loves the water as well as the high quality of furnishings in the entire space!

The appt. was clean, well furnished, and the location perfect. The layout of the appt is well thought out and there were plenty of towels. It was nice to sit on the balcony and observe the people. The bed is a bit low and the mattress firm. I can easily recommend this appt.

Excellent property, great view of the bay, awesome kayaking, short walk to beach, and great bike riding to restaurants, shops, and breweries! Loved every minute of it.

Fit for a Billionaire. This place is awesome!!!

I loved our time at Glen's wonderful house! The shower was AMAZING! I never felt water pressure like that in my life. Really nice towels and linens too. The kitchen had everything we needed. The sunrise across the bay each morning was a great way to start our busy days. The Belmont Shore area is just bustling with active opportunities to entertain you. We took advantage of the immentities provided to the fullest extent. The Keurig coffee while enjoying the sunrise, the barbecue grill in the evening. The beach chairs while soaking our toes in the bay just 100 feet away, and we even took a bike ride on the provided bicycles down the safe pathways along the ocean! We enjoyed Second street for a few meals out just a short walk away. We never had any trouble with finding a parking spot out front. The neighbors downstairs were very pleasant and a sweet couple too. We were happy with the clean and orderly garage space where we did our laundry, and the bikes, charcoal, and chairs were stored. I would recommend this rental to anyone! Five Stars all the way!!

Beautiful modern place where a billionaire would be happy.

We stayed in the apartment for one week. It was just as described in a great location with a fabulous view of the water. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Very convenient to walk to all of the 2nd Avenue restaurants and to the beach. We would definitely stay in this apartment again!

We had a great time, relaxing , watching the sun come up and the moon over the beautiful harbor ,from the inside wall to wall windows, as well as on the perfect balcony. Right outside the door , you had access to kayaks, and swimming if you chose to , or just enjoy the peaceful colors of the sky. over the water . Everything about the unit was user friendly , clean and comfortable. Glen was available to help immediately when there was an internet issue, and made sure it was quickly resolved. The location was in walking distance of everything we needed and the garage was such a bonus. It could get a little noisy at time outside, but thats to be expected and a small trade off for being so close to the water. We wouldn,t hesitate to return, if we ever find ourselves in in Long Beach beach again.

Loved this property because it gave us access (across the street) to the bay, and the ocean was just a block away. We were also only two blocks away from numerous eateries of all ethnicities. The bedroom was huge, and the living room had floor to ceiling glass facing the beach. A beach lovers' paradise. We'll be back. .

Their place was nothing short of Amazing! The best place on the block ! Everyone was very friendly and the balcony overlooked the livest spot on the block! The bed was very comfy and the shower omg was to die for ! Our ONLY problem was no television in the bedroom , we like to watch tv til we fall asleep. Other than that this place is definitely a must !
