Toilet and bathroom too small

The room was spotless, bedding towels etc were immaculate, continental breakfast was provided choice of cereals jams yogurt and fruit etc. When we ran out of any of the breakfast items, we only had to ask Yvonne and she replaced them. We enjoyed our six night stay at Cliftonville and would recommend. Good parking at the property.

My only very tiny gripe was the TV kept cutting out. We weren't there to watch TV so it didn't disrupt us but maybe something for hosts to have a check of. Otherwise really fabulous stay.

The Room was well equipped with every thing for a weekend Breakfast had plenty of choice for cereal fruit ect Paul was very helpful.

We liked the choice of cereals & fruit, the fresh milk, juice, yoghurts, lots of tea/coffee choices etc, but think to offer a continental style breakfast of fresh toast with spreads and/or pastries each day could possibly enhance the experience of the stay further. The room was pleasant but a little on the small side when its your bedroom/bathroom/kitchen/diner etc, even if only for few days. We did have a lovely stay though.

As above, i think there could’ve been more of a hot varied choice of food for breakfast. We weren’t too keen on the bathroom being part of the bedroom, although its a fab idea if your short on space, once you’ve showered in the morning, the room is then wet all day, even until you go back for a shower in the evening, to go back in for the loo or to brush teeth etc is a bind as socks/tights need to b removed before doing this. Also i did not like having to wash up cups, spoons, bowls etc 2 or 3 times a day in the tiny sink, although washing up facilities were available,but we didn't fancy getting that out every time our 2 tea cups needed washing. Nothing major but silly niggles that are more a personal choice!

The warm and friendly welcome was so lovely and Cliftonville is a home away from home, warm and cosy, private, the bed was very comfy and every little thing you needed was there and oh the tasty delicious homemade tea and ginger cakes, were exceptional, we will go back to Cliftonville,

Parking on site, a lovely room with everything I needed - en suite bathroom, small fridge, microwave, selection of breakfast goods, amazing choice of tea and coffee. The bed was really comfortable. There was a very helpful folder of local amenities and places to visit

Good location for the forest Bournemouth and Christchurch. Well equipped with fridge microwave cutlery cereals milk yoghurt juices tea coffee sugar and welcome gift.host very friendly good booklet with information about place's to eat and visit.

Noises of road but didn't bother us but might upset some people.

The hosts were very pleasant and helpful and the little extras provided on top of tea/coffee making facilities were very thoughtful, eg. cereal, milk, orange juice, yoghurt, fruit. Useful also to have a fridge, microwave and a decent hairdryer!! Excellent location for exploring the area and accommodation equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

A lot of attention given by the hosts for the comfort of the guests.

Everything was perfect. Nothing negative to add.

The room was exceptionally modern that was tastefully furnished, no complaints.

Being a comfortable bed 🛌 it was not big enough for my wife and I. Two singles for us please.

location was great, breakfast was great although we ate out except once we had cornflakes orange juice and milk brilliant 10 out of 10 for breakfast

accommodation was quite good but my wife has COPD and the fact we had nowhere to put the wet towels after a shower caused condensation in the room from the shower even with the sliding door closed. sorry but had to use tissues and toilet paper to clear the condensation

Bed was super comfy, room in general was really quaint and homie. Great location, fantastic shower facilities. And the breakfast and milk additions was a really added touch

the location was quiet with very good noise insulation,4 choices of cereals with bottle of fresh milk in our fridge, if we needed to there was a microwave also. great variety of teas and coffees,bowl of fruit included.bottles of still water in fridge also, a full and informative brochure of all aspects of our room.tv and surrounding area for our entertainment and personal recommendations of places to eat and see.

A very comfortable bed. The room had everything we needed. The host are very thoughtful and considerate.

Lovely and clean. Great facilities.

The only downside for me was the mattress was rather firm. As a side sleeper, I found it a tad too hard. Only a niggly thing in the grand scheme of things, but overall, would definitely recommend others to stay there.
