We loved our stay at this house. It was very clean and just as pictured in the photos. It was a great location to the beach. The owners were very helpful and answered all our questions. I hope to stay here again in the future!!!

This was a great stay for our family. The condo was well appointed and spacious with plenty of room for the kids to spread out. The owner was communicative and very friendly. Highly recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this property. The home was clean and presented as advertised. Beds were comfortable and we were steps from the beach. Everything was easy to use and clearly laid out. Would definitely recommend.

Very nicely decorated and comfortable place to stay. Quiet location close to wonderful places to eat. Excellent pool. Could have used access to a vacuum to clean up sand after coming in from the beach.

This was our first time staying at a vacation rental property and were very pleased with how things went! Cathy, the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and the property was just as shown in the pictures! It was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and we enjoyed sitting on the decks, being able to see the water and hear the waves! Myra W

My wife and I and our 6 kids came down for a short vacation. The place was wonderful. Fit our family perfectly. Sleeping arrangements were awesome. Our kids are 21 months, 3, 6, 10, 12 and 14. We rented golf carts and drove down the beach. New grocery store was a half mile away. Kitchen was well equip and laundry was very nice. Very clean. It was just a great place all around. Nice garage. Pool was warm too. Highly recommend this place. We had a great time. We will definitely be back if they’ll have us.

We had a great time staying for our Thanksgiving celebration. Lots of room and comfortable beds. The kitchen was great for serving up the big feast. Walking distance to the beach is a huge plus. We will be back!

Had storm water come in the house but was attended very quickly

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in over the 12 years we have been making this trip. The condo was well equipped with everything from beach necessities and toys to board games to a cooks kitchen. All of the necessities were supplied as well as some niceties. The hosts were engaged but not overly so.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time on Padre Island. The unit was exactly as advertised and was clean, comfortable and served our family of 10 perfectly. We enjoyed being able to walk out and be on the beach in just a few steps! We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again!

We have rented a lot of places on Mustang Island over the last 10 years and this ranks among our top 3. Everyone loved it.

A lovely place to stay, very close to the beach! It was also close to many places to eat, and a grocery store, which always comes in handy when 3+ little families are on vacation :). Keep in mind, there are a lot of stairs, so if you have any issues with knees or anything, it might be a bit of a struggle. Everything was well stocked, from the bathrooms to the kitchen, and the hosts were very prompt with communication and very accommodating! I do wish there were a little bit more storage in the bedrooms (or at least the one we stayed in, on the lowest level) as someone who likes to unpack immediately after arriving, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, we had a great stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again if we decided to return!

The property was nice and a good size for our group. It is convenient to the beach. The use of the garage for beach items is so good. The townhouse was very well supplied for the visit. We enjoyed our time here!

The owners went above and beyond to make our vacation week great. Beach toys, beach towels Bathrooms stocked even with shampoos, body wash, and conditioner. Kitchen stocked with everything that you need to cook anything. 4 decks with 2 always in the shade. Even a beach pass for beach driving. We will be back. Thanks Doug and Bonni and family

This townhome had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation: comfortable beds, a big, fully stocked kitchen, large dining table to seat the whole family, even a baby gate and portable playpen. We have stayed at this complex for six summers. It’s so close to the beach, is clean, quiet and beautiful.

Everything was wonderful. We (8 adults and a 20 month old) so enjoyed our stay. A perfect beach vacation.

This condo is absolutely perfect! Three generations of family (10 total) under one wonderful roof! The condo is beautifully decorated, has everything you could need in a beach home. The pool and bbq pavilion were convenient and well cared for. Cathy is a phenomenal host! Our family is already talking about returning! 😍

The condo was more than we expected. It was fully stocked with everything we needed.. from coffee to shampoo to hand soap. It literally had all the extras. The entire rental process was smooth and easy. We found the house super clean and the beds comfortable. Because of all the added touches the owner put in, this condo helped make our weekend great!

We have been having an annual family beach trip for several years, but we have never gone to Corpus Christi. After comparing hotels, condos, and townhouses, we chose this rental. It is as pretty in person as it is in the pictures. The kitchen island is every cooks dream. With 4 bedrooms and baths, we were able to all stay in one place. We could walk the path to the pedestrian-only part of the beach or use the beach pass to drive down the beach. The entry to the beach is just after this property on the road. We were somewhat concerned that the whole complex had to share one grill at the pavilion, so we started dinner early. Someone was waiting to use it as we finished, but we did not see long waits to use it on the days we were there. It was a nice gas grill that cooked everything we needed to cook at once. The downstairs covered porch was nice to hang our wet swimsuits and towels. The kitchen was well stocked as well. It was a very nice rental experience. 3 stories--with 3 b/ 2b on 3rd floor, shared living area and balconies and half bath on mid floor, and a bedroom with a queen and smaller full bath on bottom level with garage and outside porch. Very comfortable. I would recommend.

The house was perfect! Location was perfect, the only thing that would of been nice is umbrellas, beach chairs there was only 1 camping chair! More family games things for teens, kids to play at night. Besides that it was the perfect getaway l would come back again in a heart beat!

We had 6 people and we were all very comfortable. The rooms were great and the beds were comfortable. The location was great: easy walk to the beach with lawn chairs and coolers.
