This condo had us utterly amazed from the moment we stepped foot inside. Ever detail was well thought out and extremely well done. They provided a very thoughtful welcome basket which was unnecessary but very much appreciated. The views of the bay were lovely, the furniture and bedding and all the decor was beautiful. Can’t wait to go back.

This condo is comfy, clean, and conveniently located. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need! It’s roomy and has a great kitchen and patio area. We had 6 adults and an almost 3 yr old in our group. Plenty of room and supplies for us all. We walked to town and the beach easily. Loved staying here and would love to return! Owners communicated effectively and promptly. They left an amazing gift basket and breakfast treat for us to enjoy. They thought of everything! Highly recommend this rental!

This is our third or fourth year retuning to the condo and it’s perfect for our family. Plenty of space to hang out, walkable distance for tons to do, awesome patio set up with a gorgeous view… I could go on. We love Sister Bay and love this condo! The owners are very responsive and helpful with any questions.

The condo is very well appointed including nice towels and paper products. The location is great for Door County, you can walk into Sister Bay and drive to much of the area very easily.

Have come to Door County many times, and this condo was a perfect location. Great layout, beautiful view of the bay, walking distance to all Sister Bay has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay! It began with being welcomed with a bottle of wine, bottled water and a beautiful property that exceeded our expectations. We all loved this place and I plan to copy some of the decor at our house! Only feedback is having to empty garbages, get all dishes cleaned and put away, wash and fold all towels, etc... felt like a lot to have to do for the price paid at this property. At over $500 per night, I think cleaning staff should be able to empty garbages, fold towels and put away a load of clean dishes. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and stay! Thank you so much!

This condo was beautiful, good size rooms, awesome lake view and the owners were nice enough to leave a few adult treats in the room for us!

This is an amazing place to stay. The condo is lovely, has everything you could need and more. I would suggest the listing includes more of a description of what it includes because it literally is everything. The furnishing is lovely, the view is unbelievable, the location stunning. My 83 year old mum and I enjoyed our nostalgic trip back to the Door, and would stay here again.

Our party of 6 adults agreed that this has been the best rental experience to date, of many. The condo is beautiful, was very clean, and is only a short walk to everything that Sister Bay has to offer.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It is beautifully decorated, spacious, inviting, and has a stunning view. We immediately felt at home as our every need was anticipated by the owners with a fully stocked kitchen, fluffy bath towels, and cozy beds. The back patio is a fabulous spot for morning coffee overlooking the gorgeous view. We will happily return to this condo for our next Door County trip. Thank you!

This is our second time staying at this property and it lived up to our memory. Gorgeous place, so many details perfectly attended to, so very clean. The location is wonderful as well. However, this year the “quiet hour” moved to 11pm so being early birds we weren’t thrilled with hearing the band and partiers until 11pm. Being walking distance to so many things-it’s absolutely worth it. The hosts were easy to get in touch with, left thoughtful gifts and notes, and have a truly gorgeous place here. We have been going to Sister Bay for 15 years and we will return to this condo in a heartbeat.

This was our first trip to Door County, WI, and we feel so lucky we were able to stay at this place. It was so clean, beautiful furnishings, thoughtful details, well-stocked with all the essentials (shampoo/conditioner/dish soap/etc), and check-in was very easy! One of the nicest (if not the nicest) VRBO/Abnb rentals we've stayed. Location was great to get all around the peninsula and was easily walkable to everything in Sister Bay. Highly recommend!

Kim and Kevin provided us with the most incredible accommodations/service that made our stay before we saw the property, all the way through checking out completely worth it. Our family needed a shorter stay due to conflicting schedules, but we desperately wanted to go up to Door County because my parents had their honeymoon in Door County 30+ years ago. We, kids, have never even been up to that part of the state. Kevin and Kim provided us with this once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we are forever grateful! Not to mention my friend was here all the way from Germany, and she thought the property and experience was her favorite part of her 3-week long stay in Wisconsin! This property is fantastic! Completely brand new overlooks the water, and is within walking distance of the buzzing Sister Bay downtown. We are already talking about another trip to Kim and Kevin's property, ALWAYS! We recommend this property for all ages, family groups, and experiences alike! Thank you so much, Kevin and Kim!

Condo was even more beautiful than the pictures! Amazing view over looking and the bay, sitting just above town. It was obvious the owners cared about our stay. Lots of extras, no stone left unturned. We were most comfortable and spoiled!

Amazing Condo, very clean and spacious, was much more open than the pics showed. We had 10 people for dinner one night and it hosted perfectly. Sister Bay is a great Door County town and this place has it all. 3 minute walk to downtown and the beach, great view of the bay. You can be downtown in a few minutes but don’t have the commotion of downtown at your doorsteps. Hosts were also great!

First time in door county in many years. Loved this location. Loved the comfort of the condo.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Door County and a significant portion of that assessment was the property. Communication from the owner was great, check in process was no problem and the property was completely as described. The unit was clean, perfectly maintained, equipped very well for our small family and was in PERFECT location for all that Sister Bay has to offer. I'd highly recommend this property for anyone planning a visit to Sister Bay.

The host couldn’t have been more helpful both before and during our visit. The condo is immaculate, spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a group with enough space to be together and space to get some alone time. The kitchen is fantastic and fully stocked with the essentials including a welcome basket. Great vacation in Sister Bay! I’d give this 6 stars if I could!

We had a great experience renting this condo. The view of the water is amazing and it was great being walking distance from town. We had a great stay!

The property was breathtaking, as were the views. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The construction next door took away from some of the beauty. Some of my guest thought the checkout cleaning procedures were a bit excessive.

This is a new condo and is beautifully done with a great view. Very well equipped.

Amazingly clean and modern condo with gorgeous lake views. We enjoyed a coffee on their patio each morning soaking up the views. The place is spotless and very well organized, they thought of everything. There’s a detailed manual to answer every question you might possibly have. Hosts are super responsive as well. Brand new construction condo just minutes walk to the shops/restaurants of sister bay and one minute drive to the grocery store. They even have paddle boards if you are hoping to spend a day at the beach! The ONLY downside is temporary-they’re building condos next door so a little noise during the week but that’s obviously a short term issue which we didn’t mind too much. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in sister bay. Highly recommend :)

My family of five stayed for a week this summer, and can not wait to come back. Kevin’s condo in the heart of Sister Bay is the perfect location for exploring all of door county. We were able to walk to town for breakfast each morning. The condo felt like something off of an HGTV show with every detail better than the next. My kids loved their rooms and the gift basket that Kevin left for us. As Disney kids they said the condo was magical! My husband loved sitting on the patio watching the sunset over the lake. It was wonderful and truly relaxing! Thank you so much!

My sister and I so enjoyed our first trip to Door County! It was made perfect by Kevin and Kim’s condo - great location, great view, great atmosphere. All the little touches like games, pen and paper, stocked bottles water and the big touches like gas fireplace, easy to use instructions for appliances and so very clean and welcoming! We will be back!
