Convenient place to stay if you're looking to ski in Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon.

Great location. Easy to get to the ski resorts, also convenient to food and stores.

My son and I stayed for 4 days. It was a great base to easily get to the ski resorts and plenty of restaurants close by. The house is a bit dated but everything is super comfortable and clean. Beds in great shape and new TVs in every bedroom. Would definitely stay again!

The Cottonwood comfort house was perfect for our family trip to ski in Snowboard and Brighton. Centrally located between the two canyons the house is even walking distance from the ski bus to Solitude and Brighton (important since you need parking reservations). The house is cozy and well equipped, with no fuss accommodations. Communication with the host was fluid and she helped us recover some items I left in the clothes dryer. I would rent here again!

The character and charm in older homes always takes me back to visiting Grandma and Grandpa in my youth. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This place was great for our group. Older home that is well maintained and accommodated six skiers. Playing Pacman was a nice bonus.

Two friends and I came into SLC to ski. This house is perfect for someone who needs a quiet, comfortable and convenient location central to the big and little canyons. It’s not fancy but we slept well and were ready in the morning for another day of “work”. Would definitely stay here again.

The property matched exactly what was posted. It’s an old house with a separate basement tenant but everything worked out great for us. The host was very responsive to our questions.

Our team needed a place for a quick overnight stay, and this home did the job. We only stayed from late Friday night to early Saturday morning, so we used the bedrooms and kitchen briefly. It wasn't a leisure trip so I can't comment on all the features, but for our team it was what we needed. No complaints.

We worked hard everyday and it was refreshing to come back to your place to relax.

Functional home with mountain view backyard

This was a great location to access the ski areas. Lots of dining options nearby as well as a grocery store. Check-in process was easy and Leslie is very responsive to messages. Kitchen has everything you would need and we cooked a few nights with no issues. Great stay!

The rental property owner was very helpful with insights and any questions our group had. Very quick drive up into Cottonwood Canyon and the house had some relaxing views.

We found the house 'as-advertised' and it fit our needs very well. It was ~20 min to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, etc and ~25 min to Park City/Canyons. The house was clean and laid out well for our group of 6. Bathrooms and master shower were small but it didn't matter based on our needs. The property owner provided great communication and checked in throughout our stay. Plenty of places to eat, grab a beverage and grocery shop within 3 min drive. It wasn't overly fancy but it was rightsized for our needs.

This is an older house, probably built around 1950's or 60's and furnished accordingly. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. One caveat: The fireplace and ice maker were not available for use. It is convenient to the ski areas and parking is simple. It was priced well and served our purpose of a simple, convenient and comfortable accommodation.

Ideal location for the slopes! Owner had great communication. The place was great! Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our needs. It was close to restaurants, ski rentals and the ski bus stop. Will define use again next trip.

This property was clean, comfortable, and close to our kids who live in the area. Leslie was very responsive and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. We weren't skiing on this trip but did drive to check out Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude, and Alta and enjoyed the beautiful views. We also spent an afternoon in Ogden, which is worth a visit!

We had a great time in this space. 4 great bedrooms so there would be lots of room to spread out. I communicated with Leslie several times. She was very responsive. Since we live so far from our family, I was interested in doing some cooking for them. We didn’t have a hand mixer or cookie sheets. Leslie quickly provided those items for us. The home was only abt 5 miles from our family so the location was perfect. We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants and Dan’s grocery store was very close and helpful. Quite neighborhood and the house is in great shape. Comfortable beds...just right!

It was fine. Glad we were able to discuss the smoking outside.We did run out of garbage bags. (There was only 2) but we still managed to get everything to the dumpster no problem. House was left in the same condition as when we arrived minus the dirty towels in the wash and the bedding left for wash as advised. Thanks again for the hospitality.

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Top floor of a rambler, this space was large, esp for the price!! Decorated cute with a light country/lodge feel. Clean and freshly remodeled. There is a neighbor in the basement unit but we never saw them or even would have known they were there if the host hadnt told us (separate entrances and spaces). Quiet and peaceful in the backyard. We loved that each room had a sitting space so there was plenty of options to spread out and relax. Host was amazing and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldnt have been happier with our choice!! We will be back here soon

The house was in a great location. The down falls where as followed, the a/c had a control on it that only the owner could take off the lowest it would go was 70 and after 2 hours would go up to 78 . This was during almost 100 degree weather. The back yard was a shared space with the people living in the basement of the house. The house had doors to go to the basement and needed a code to go down but they could come up. The owner was constantly watching what you were doing from the ring door bell. You can not! And I repeat can not! Use the round about drive way otherwise she would see and message you. They had the down stairs tenant watching what you where doing as well, had no privacy whatsoever! The blackets were not washed properly had dry detergent on them when you went to shake the bed you can see and smell it. The bathroom in the bedroom was not clean! Had mold growing on the tiles and door. So we only used to sleep in and was gone all day!
